名作といわれるトップ１から月日が経ち、トップ２はどうなるんだ­ろうと思って観てみると

ラストシーンではまたもや「ゾワッ」と総毛立ちました。鶴巻さん­ナイスです。

I saw Diebuster before Gunbuster. I must say Gunbuster was better and I enjoyed seeing how these two series tied in together.

Luckily I had watched the original years ago and realized the tie in. Honestly it was the only part of GB 2 I found memorable.

@sacrisesma I haven,t gotten past EP2 and I already think it,s a lame excuse Nono just doesn't feel like a person (yes I know she,s a robot) Diebuster should have gotten a better writing team making the main character,s feel more like Noriko and Kazumi (not direct clones but having a better balance)

I actually like this scene better than the "Okairi" in the original, partly because I think the music is better here (I realize I am probably alone in this opinion, but I didn't like the guitar solo in the original version). Also, I always liked how the end of Diebuster tied in with the ending of the original Gunbuster. I wasn't sure if I liked it as a sequel the first time I watching until I got to the very end and saw this scene. I'll admit I teared up watching this
