  • The video was good too!

  • Cute!

  • booooo, i followed your recipe and it gave me the runs

  • I'm not sure about how they make taco's here in the United States (mostly cuz I don't ever go to mexican restaurants here) but I've never heard of tacos al pastor with pineapple! Great video by the way! :D

  • @baylonchris Thank you! They're yummy!

  • @baylonchris are you kidding?? pineapple is the most important ingredient in tacos al pastor, and you're right, mexican restaurants in the US are not as good as the ones in Mexico, greetings!!!

  • Al pastor tacos,,, hahahahaha its "tacos al pastor" and nothing like eat them in a taqueria, hahahahahaha

  • i like your accent where are you from? it was easy to sit and watch a few of your videos.

  • @mbranbb I'm from Texas! Thanks!

  • Al pastor tacos lol, mas p***

  • I love tacos whit beans :) From Mexico

Yo amo los Tacos con frijoles Desde Mexico :)

  • not to be a dick but i hope your cooking is better than your accent. Good think you're attractive

  • @mixwell1983 Wow. You totally failed at not being a dick. Congratulations.

P.S. Please double-check your work in the future. Typos are for dicks.

  • @hilahcooking - Yeah I was being a dick I apologize. Since I don't have a BBQ I'd presume you could broil the meat as an alternative to grilling since it appears to be the same with the exception of the heat source coming from the top ?

  • @mixwell1983 You could do that or just in a skillet or crock pot. There's more instructions for other ways to cook it on my site.

  • @hilahcooking - I tried it in the broiler but the type of al pastor I purchased seemed to be just shitty hunks of pork with mainly onion and pineapple which hardly and meat. Honestly it was one of the most tasteless meals I have cooked in a while but the meat wasn't in larger pieces like yours. From my understanding al pastor is generally cooked on a vertical rotation like shawarma in greek and arab cultures and shredded very fine. I tried to revive mine in a skillet with no avail sadly. haha

  • @hilahcooking if u pause at exactly 0:12 seconds you make a funny face, oh and ahh, that was a good comeback. I love your show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • man this girl is so sexy and a great cook!!

  • If that's a real tattoo, it's incredible!

  • Vivan los tacos cabrones!

  • DAMN thats what i forgot in my tacos pineapple OMG when the pineapple carmelize it makes it amazing

  • viva mexico y los tacos

  • the pineapples make is sweet. thanks for the recipe but if anyone wants something a bit more spicier add jalapeños

  • Hey Hilah your spanish is fine, Kcl060 is crazy. I am Mexican American and I like people to at least attempt the language... I believe that the more languages you more the smarter you get. I like the Idea of the Pineapples.

    Alex.

  • @ceoguzman Thanks, Alex! I agree with you, too. And the pineapple is sooo good.

  • @ceoguzman the pineapple always go on adobadas

  • I think you need to specify the amount of each ingredient that you are putting in this recipe, otherwise it won't work the same.

  • @Ymaselarom All of the amounts are at the website! Thanks for watching!

  • If you made me street tacos every night, I promise I'll give you a back massage for the rest of your life. ;]

  • Why do people insist on making a mockery of Mexicans and Spanish and why does no one ever have a problem with it. If you don't speak Spanish, leave it out...

  • @kcl060 You're right! I will stop trying. The Spanish-speaking patients that I see every day will just have to learn English. Thanks for the advice!

  • @kcl060 im cool with it and im mexican as long has she respects and enjoys it it's all good

  • Excellent video - looks delicious, and your personality makes the vid very easy to watch.. But pleeease, SHARPEN your knife!! Do a youtube search for the Spyderco Sharpmaker - it's the best sharpener out there for the money. (nope, not affiliated with Spyderco, dull knives are just a pet peeve of mine) =)

  • @MickR55 I know! My husband has knife-sharpening duty, but he was slacking off on the job. :)

  • lol, your funny and HAWT, I'm subbin

  • @torofighter Yay!

  • me gusta, nice work on the gril but, i would put them on the skillet whit a litle bit of dice onion and oil,and whenever you like the recipe of the salsa I can gave to you.

  • @chu30cho That's a great way to cook them, too! Message me the salsa recipe!

  • Those looked yummy! But don't ya have to be careful around chili steam? My stepmom (full blooded Peruvian) was working with them one day and I got a whiff of chili steam and almost choked from the spices! yikes ^_^

  • @smiley261963 I've never had that happen with grilling - just when boiling peppers sometimes. It hurts!

  • @hilahcooking Yeah, that's what I mean, the boiling! AAAHH, harsh on the throat and lungs :) your tacos look good though.

  • Hello Hilah, nice to meet you, thank you for the knock on my door, love what you do. RaquelLeahDuPont

  • LOVE the Intro, I knew your vid would be entertaining....LOL Nice accent also

I won't mock the hat on this one either, looks cool!

    Joe from Germany

  • @JoeHell67 Oh sure, I know it LOOKS nice but you didn't see all the annoying neighbors lurking in the front yard.

  • Dude: Maria's Taco Xpress al pastor tacos rule all.

  • @bombilla42 Sadly, I moved across town from Maria's so now I have to fend for myself.

  • hilah, i love all your videos. you were my fave on project rant(ketchup-"you sketchy bitch!!!"). and you are so laid back with it-"omg i almost cut mah fangah" haha.! you should replace weak rachel ray.

  • @laloali2 Ha! Thanks- I'm working on it!

  • man she making them the american way

  • How is it that your southern accent only comes out when you are acting crazy?

  • @mooseythejuiceman I have no answer. It's mysterious.

  • @mooseythejuiceman Dammit, man. We don't have "southern" accents in Texas. They're "TEXAS" accents. Remember: We ain't part of the south - we're Texas.

  • YAY HILAH COOKING

  • Looks good... Bet they are good with a Corona.. have a good one..

  • Que' Bueno Hilah! Muy Bien. Going to give this one a try for sure. This would be good when you don't want to make that massive pork shoulder of carnitas! Thanks for sharing. Noreen

  • @atticus9799 No kidding!

  • Looks awesome!!!

  • Me encatana los tacos al pastor, bueno trabajo Hilah. Nothing beats grilled food and man that pork tenderloin looked great with your marinate, espeically with the grilled pineapples you added. Liked how you had your grill nice and hot ready to sear the outside of the tenderloin and leave the inside nice and tender. Also nice technique on rotating to the cooler parts of the grill. I give the food, table cloth and outfit a 10 out of 10...especially the outfit you were looking good.

  • @MixMasterApu Thank YOU! I don't normally (wo)man the grill, but I had to keep up appearances for the show.

  • This looks good. Fancylooks... is that what the kids are calling them these days? :D

  • @1kperday wink wink!

  • @hilahcooking nudge nudge!

  • Good job, I'm hungry now!

  • Oh, my gosh, those chilis are huge, I have never seen any like those. Great Tacos, Hila, it is a good idea for me to try a different recipe, like yours.

  • @Fancylooks I wonder if you can find them in Spain. Do you use any kind of dried chilis?

  • your quite beautiful miss Hilah.
