Why buy gold? Gold is worthless in a broken, anarchistic, society. Gold has no value unless there is a system in place to accept it, otherwise its of no value. What do the people selling GOLD for $1,500 an ounce take in exchange to sell it to you?..CASH! Think about that, I wouldn't sell it if it was better than cash If society crashed, you'd be better off having things such as tools, wood, gas, FOOD, etc. to trade for things, NOT gold. Gold has only MARKET value, cash worthless then so is it.

If the money never existed then how did you get that house? This is how the system works it depends on the agreement of both sides. You agree to pay the mortgage to get the money NOW and not waiting to physically earn it in ten years time and the bank agrees to lend you the money with a profit that it will make over the rate of credit. SIMPLE.

Bank gives you the amount of money you need at PRESENT so that you don't have to wait to EARN it, and you can buy a house NOW and not in ten years time! How stupid it is to say "I won't pay my mortgage, because the money you lent me doesn't exist". So why did you take that mortgage? Bank lends you money that you are supposed to earn in say ten years time! Never noticed that the amount of credit you get depends on your current salary?
