As I recall, during the Persian Gulf War lead by Bush Senior, a soldier threw a grenade into a tent of fellow military soldiers and killed several officers. That was not Bush Senior's fault -- it is not the fault of any President when a soldier goes rogue and commits a crime. It is the soldier's fault for disobeying orders and not upholding the Constitution of the United States. Place blame where it rightfully belongs.
