  • younger muta had a stunning upper body: chest, shoulders, trapezius, and upper back. here he's a little flabby complete bad boy but with such style and class.

  • LOL, did muta say f*** off at 6:15?!?

  • @SCS85Returns haha yeah and flipped someone off.

  • お前、平田だろ?

  • that guy is Super Strong! What a machine!

  • The more I watch Muta/Mutoh matches the more I love the guy. Every match seems like a legit competition with him, he has the kind of spark you don't get too often.

  • Muta let's the crownd know whats up at 6:15.

  • ミスター高橋、空気を読め。

  • Thank You./bow

  • Who played SSM?

  • Junji Hirata.

  • thanx

  • @GreatMuta HE'S NOT HIRATA!

  • @YouCantKillMrGOATSE then who, you master?

  • @GreatMuta I DON'T KNOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW! But Super Strong Machine always claim he's not Hirata. So we must take his word for it!

  • @GreatMuta Hes right.HES NOT HIRATA!!! lol We all know he is Hirata but SSM wont admit. He even has that line in his entrance movie nowadays. Funny huh? xD

  • @YouCantKillMrGOATSE yea he is lol he wrestled as ssm from 1982 to 1994

  • The Great Muta is GREAT!

  • Muta is of above average size compared to the majority of Japanese wrestelers and played the Unbeatable Monster role very well. In Japan there was really no need for him to incorporate a faster style. In the US Muta is of less than average size compared to other wrestlers. He could litterally run circles around them which made for thrilling matches.

  • Even though he play the unbeatable role. It was done with athleticism. Nobody jobbed to Muta. They lose atheletically. Muta is one of the greatest wrestlers ever.

  • This is what I mean when I say Muta was the origional Undrtaker. The large unbeatable guy, with the supernaturarl, demon from hell persona.

  • @DarkRonin21 Nah. His original gimmick was a Kabuki/Ninja - kind of a stereotypical Japanese wrestler like the Great Kabuki. It became a demon in Japan.

  • The pace in Muta's Japanese fights was much slower than his pre-1990 American fights in the NWA/World Championship Wrestling. More rest holds, more stalling outside the ring. Too bad, because he was the greatest of all time. I would've loved to have seen faster paced fights in Japan.

What he said.. . ..Muta is 6'2" afterall.

  • Not just that, but a lot of those matches were made for TV, so they only had 10 minutes max. That meant the offence, the heel heat and the comeback had to all be very succinct.

  • @HOGEFAN Yeah well NWA matches are short. Plus the guy's aging
