this is great. I <3 Huckabees sucked it was boring, pretentious, and a waste of celuloid. David O Russel has a history of being a "man-cunt". He got into a fistfight with Cloony on the set of Three Kings. He attacked Christopher Nolan in public over a movie, and he treats his staff like garbage because he thinks he's so much better than everyone.

This could be juxtaposed from anyone's life.Its funny to see talented people angry,but Russell is a teddy bear next to Pekinpah,& Tomlin is just being cranky.How much did either dish out before these scenes?Its 2 minutes out of some long days,& probably months of shooting.Hey, I heard Huppert threw a tantrum 5 minutes before,& Hoffman an hour later,& Schwartzman was strangling kittens in his trailer.We just dont have the video.People just love to be such judgmental voyeurs.tsk tsk.

Tomlin is probably a complete dragon lady behind the scenes. There was an unauthorized documentary on her a few years back. In one scene this innocent artist submits a few publicity drawings, writing "see what you think" In the next scene her ruthless bulldyke manager is on the phone with the artist threatening lawsuits left and right if the drawings see the light of day.

You can really see it on Hoffman's face.. he doesn't like Tomlin at all. But hey, it's a press junkit and he's contracted to do it. Love to see David Russell interviews
