This is Hardcore? Just sounds like Hardstyle or some other type of electronic music but that's probably since I'm not into this kind of music.

Afiak Hardcore is the finalized genre spawned from the Hardcore Punk scene later to be merged with Heavy Metal to create Metalcore and Deathmetal producing Deathcore.

What I was wondering if the finalized name of this genre really is Hardcore since that means there exists two entirely different genres of music called Hardcore. This electronic thingy and the heavy guitar distorted breakdown 300bpm drums filled music.

@Henrikswanstrom Gabber is the closest thing I see in culture. Hardcore is made up of a bunch of subgenres, Gabber being one the many.

@Henrikswanstrom Actualy this is HARDCORE. tehno hardcore. It's true, it's quite commercial but sounds superb. We are talking about house music here, not rock. If you wanna hear some extreme hardcore type on youtube "angerfist-loser". (at maximum volume) Of course a good quality joint it's indicated. It will blow you're brain out.
