I take 20 mg of prednisone daily for years to control mine. it works for me.When I try to go down lower the symptoms come back. I guess I'll be taking steroids for the rest of my life. Maybe you can figure it out without letting the doctors experiment on you.
There isn't enough information and exposure for this disease. This touches my heart because my family is affected by this disease as well. Thank you for posting this video. There needs to be more like this. My 19 year old daughter is fighting this as well, and we are looking to help bring awareness to Polymyositis.
