  • everyone has a different body and lifestyle. Perhaps you work out more. Also during weigh loss through weight loss surgery people became a lot sagger because we are loosing fat faster than we are gaining muscle. really it's all about muscle

  • @enjoisk8ermark It's actually from the rate she's losing weight at; with wls, you typically lose weight very quickly. Sometimes people do not bounce back with the elasticity in their skin as well.

  • you have to be committed to the band in order to loose weight and in order to have a better life you have to change ur habits cuz the band is not a miracle solusion you have to work and commited to this !!! to me ur are taking the band not 2 serious sorry

  • I appriciate your comment, but I am fully aware of what the band does for me and how to use it. I know that its not a miracle worker and you have to be dedicated, which I have worked really hard to achive my weightloss not just by the band but exericse and diet, but there are times when i have trip ups, but I think that happens in alot of peoples journeys with this and if you are also not aware that your band does help u and not getting fills can take u off track and get u gaining again.

  • @ambarmorocco most people gain it all back because the surgery doesn't fix what got people fat in the first place.

  • @ambarmorocco She knows what she's doing; in fact, it's very clear in the video. She is admitting to her faults and saying that she needs to correct them. That is a step all by itself.

  • you need to wear something like a corset but is not a corset in spanish is called "Faja" (Google it so you can see a picture) you can get one of those at Sears. what this artifact will do is to mold your body and it  will move the fat to where it needs to go, like for example to your butt, boobys or hips on those places is easier to get rid of that fat.

  • i think you have done great. my husband has the lap-band and was told the only way to get rid of the loose skin was to have it removed that you can only tone it up so much. best of luck to you.

  • great video. thanks for sharing where you are with the band journey. good luck with the boot camp week. i think we all need a reminder of the "rules" every now and again. You'll get to your goal. Just stick with it! Keep the videos coming. They really are motivational for YOU and US. BTW - 80 pounds is HUGE. . .HUGE. . .HUGE! Take care.

  • oh wow congrats thats a lot of weight you have lost..I have lab band too.. what does ur diet consist of??? im having trouble in that area..any advice??

  • my diet:

    Low Sugar Instant Oatmeal + Fresh Berries = Breakfast

    Diet Snapple Peach Tea

    4 oz. Homemade Egg Salad = lunch

    snacks:

    Fat Free Jello or

    4 oz. Cottage Cheese or

    1 Laughing Cow Babybel Cheese or

    4 oz. Homemade Tuna Salad

    Dinner = varies.  i always have protein (chicken, fish, beef) and if i can fit in veggies and carbs i do.

  • Breakfast I will have either 1 scrambled egg, or oatmeal

    Lunch is usually a protien fish, chicken, or turkey. I will do lunch meat with chesse stick or have a plain turkey burger

    Dinner more protein.. any low fat protien with green veggies, so like a chicken salad
