even if these were balloons/weather balloon/beach toy??? it would not move that fast in a forward direction even with wind blowing constantly in that direction,they would have to move upwards, also if you listen to the video he sais it goes by at mach speed, you can also see that in the video, wind cannot make something such as balloons go mach speed and keep it from going upward, it defies gravity.Also do you hear the camera picking up wind on the mic or do you see his epic beard blowing?

After watching this video over many times, it did look like a UFO at first. but people are saying its a balloon turtle (sea turtle). when i look at 1:29 and pause it. i try and picture the U.F.O being a balloon sea turtle, and it does look like one in a way. The Bottom of the U.F.O looks like the Sea turtle's head and neck that is deflated, the big round part which seems somewhat golden looks like its shell, the top right of this U.F.O seems what it might look like the Sea turtle's back flipper

Definitely. The first time I seen this video, it was in regular quality (before HQ was available) and I wasn't sure what to make of it. But since watching it in HQ it's a pretty obvious case of a blowup animal filled with helium.

It actually IS a turtle balloon. On this vid you can see it better around 1:43 (the head is on the bottom , you can see the brown under-shell and two legs on top). I saw this vid when the original makers posted it and they posted a follow up showing it was an inflatable turtle beach toy comparing pics of this with the toys themselves. So that is in fact what it is.

And to others who want to go with the balloon explanation. I know it backwards and forwards, there where some convincing debates for the balloon side on the net. Not in the last place because it is the most simple one, occams razor and such.

Still the one and only sea turtle balloon has distinct markings that are not found in this video. There is no sign of wind. The turtle shape doesn't fit in all frames. The balloon has no pointy tail as you find in a 1:49 freeze frame.

There was 2 different festivals in victoria, BC on the day this was filmed. You edited out the part that shows that date and location of when this took place which the original upload of this video was posted. Therefor, one would believe it is most likely a balloon.
