  • What a great presentation great in content and stimulating visually. Yes it is true :-x.

  • who benefitted from this myth/?

  • can someone please tell me the moral of this story?

  • Excellent video series! Thanks!! I wish this had been shown to us at school. would they show stuff like this today? I doubt it! Its the lies that help to control and manipulate the masses.

Apparently there is a guide to uploading videos longer than 10 mins on youtube by request...I have been told its a long read but worth it and of course it is like that to keep the unintelligent hype from clogging up the site...morons rarely have the brain cells to read manuals longer than a nursery rhyme.

  • Differences between the various religious beliefs described in the video, but without including the differences, are lacking in the video. There certainly are some and to look at only similarities, which the video doesn't do thoroughly well, certainly not analytically anyway, while dismissing the differences is to perform very incomplete analysis. It doesn't qualify for analysis using the scientific method. Enough can be said in critiquing the video and the books, but Youtube is not the place.

  • @mikecorbeil

Indeed. Youtube is NOT the place. I would love to make a much longer video, but where would I host it?

  • I don't know how long the more thorough video you have in mind is, but from what I've seen and believe to have read, Google accepts much longer videos than normally found at Youtube. There evidently are occasional excepts made at Youtube, for I just came across a NewAmericanFoundation video yesterday one is a single clip of a little over one hour and 28 minutes. I recently read in some user post(s?) at Youtube that the site doesn't accept clips over 12 to15 minutes, but I've seen longer.

  • FIRST OF ALL:: jesus and moses didnt hurts the great civilizations of the mid east and the eastern part of the mediterranean like what that fake prophet ( MOH..) did through his mercenaries after him .

  • @RealPinkDreams oh dear...I am angered when my faith is attacked and proven wrong so I will attack the next nearest faith which just happens to be in the spotlight and hopefully win some points with the masses...thats you I'm talking about..yes you!!

  • @MaxReboMystic Where to host a complete video, you ask. Well, I've been finding full documentary videos at Youtube, as of recently anyway, but maybe this requires some sort of special agreement between the Youtube channel user or owner and Youtube management. There're Google, Vimeo, and other video websites, and I recently read that Google has stopped accepting new videos, but perhaps some of the other webistes would accept a complete video from you; as single or multiple clips.

  • I haven't read the books, but based on this video, it's theory and lacking. The analysis neglects the fact that the RCC, f.e., doesn't really believe things I already posted about further below. Apostle Peter is not associated with light, except in so far as being assigned, among eleven others, to spread the teachings of Jesus, who is the bearer of Light in real Christianity. That church "fathers" introduced myths doesn't mean that Jesus did. Etc. All of this is required for complete analysis.

  • I however do like the fact you are spreading the idea Jesus and the christian religious tradition were influenced by earlier religion, that is completely true. You just make the mistake of brushing aside details to make a point.

  • Easter being named after Ishtar is a total misrepresentation, her name is much too ancient and unknown to have influenced the English language.

  • Its too simple to say all the gods are the same, but it is certainly true they inspired each-other in many ways.

  • I think the main point to make is that all are gods of cycles, but not the same cycles. Osiris and his son are the cycle of a king who rules in the underworld and whoever is the current king of Egypt. Dyonious is a god of agricultural cycles, and Amun-Ra is a god of he sun. Some did overlap in their offices and may have been different gods at an earlier date, but not all are sun gods.

  • What's that? You used HollyJood to make a movie wherein you stick your talmud tosser into an apple pie which represents the USA?

  • What is this horse chit?

We all know the Freemasons control History.

Half this crap isn't even true, and "Egyptologists" are corporate paid con artist.

Spinx and Pyramids are over 10,000 years old.

Watch Youtube "Mysterious Origins of Man"

  • how confused are you..the sphinx and the base of the pyramid is 10 500 years old..not all of the pyramids...and this video is about the pagan christ...sumin which many of the elite supress...retard

  • Said the Harlot Clown Face, all of 23 years old.

  • EOS is greek, and it indeed means down, but it is Greeks word, not latin

  • Very well put together. However; it just proves how the Roman Church moved in and took over pagan holidays. It also brings doubt to the authenticity of the letters recovered by the Roman Church pertaining to Christ. I do think he walked the earth, but I have problems with the New Testament. This proves that even more!

  • Come one! Where's part three?

  • Very interested stuff but, you believe that because is logical : such as u say He didnot died but He did. Also there was aroman guard over there!

  • Also, when Jesus meant resurrection, he meant mind over body. Jesus never died, he defeated death by using enlightenment. Furthermore, Jesus/Isa was crucified a Friday, which means the bodies are taken earlier for the day of the Sabbath. And more of this, Jesus drank vinaigrette, which also contained a venom of a serpent, making this to fall unconscious. Jesus healed himself, as he was well covered, making his blood not to get out of his body. After healing, Jesus reappeared.

  • Yes, all this things are true; however, there is no certification when Jesus born. The church was the one who stipulated this. The church destroyed the teachings of Jesus. Furthermore, Jesus teachings were misunderstood, when he said he was the son of God, he meant enlightenment, yes, just like Buddha. The real of Jesus it's also Isa. Just like the Buddha, he changes it, to demonstrate the reaching of an enlightenment.

  • Jesus Christ is Christ, 'son' of aGod

You see that many religions accept the spirits the bad spirits have the ability toknow what happen in future so Maybe knowing the spirits what could happen drive us tothis myths

  • I read about Horus being a son of god, not osiris, i got confused!

  • Ishtar=easter is ok for english, but i would like to know the translation to latin, because in spanish is Pascua, and i find hard to relate that secuence considering that catholic church was at first latin.

  • 'Pascua' is from the Hebrew "Pesach", which means "he passed over", referring to God's constant passing over (and guarding) of the Jewish people.

In the United States, we call the time before the resurrection of Christ "Passover", and the time after the resurrection we call "Easter".

  • en(dot)wikipedia(dot)org/wiki/Eostre

I don't expect you to trust wikipedia, but you can follow the footnoted links for furhter information.

  • "Eostre is sometimes[4] derived from the Proto-Germanic root *aew-s, "illuminate, especially of daybreak" and closely related to (a)wes-ter- "dawn servant", the dawn star Venus and *austrōn-, meaning "dawn, east" (compare Ostarrîchi "Eastern Realm, Austria"), cognate to the names of Greek Eos, Roman Aurora and Indian Ushas, all continuing Proto-Indo-European *Hausos.[5]"

Notice that 'Eostre' is equated with 'Venus', the morning star and aphrodite.

Ishtar, too, is equated with Venus.

  • en(dot)wikipedia(dot)org/wiki/Ishtar

'Like Ishtar, the Greek Aphrodite and Northwestern Semitic Astarte were love goddesses who were "as cruel as they were wayward"."

"Joseph Campbell, a more recent popularizer of mythology, equates Ishtar, Inanna, and Aphrodite"

So, as you can see... Ishtar, Inanna, Eos, Eostre... all of them are related. Even etymologically, their names all refer to the 'dawn'.

  • The etymology of Easter is actually dervied from Eostre, an Anglo-Saxon godess of dawn, and the sun. It doesn't debase your argument, but in fact adds to it. Just be more thorough next time.

  • "Eostre" stems from Ishtar.

Ishtar is the older of the two.

  • Can you show me an academic reference for that please?

    Thanks

  • Good job.

  • thank you

  • Great video! I await to see who will be the Gods of the future that we will have to adore and live by. It should be interesting. At least we know that we will celebrate Dec 25th and Easter till eternity. At least those of us from Western Civilization.

  • If that happens, it will be based off real people but (may) get exaggerated stories as time fly by. Imagine if Hitler won the war, for example?

Imagine if Scientology becomes global... how will people see L Ron Hubbard in the future?

  • People just can't accept that Jesus Christ is the Sun; perhaps they are still in pathological self denial and can't reconcile the fact that they've based their entire lives on something so stupid.

The story is not to be taken literally at all. Only if it is taken literally can the the church control and enslave you. And for the greater glory of men.

  • Jesus is the sun? as a non christian, why are you saying what Christians believe. so if Christ's resurrection is not literal, then why stress the physical resurrection in the gospels? the gospels mention the disciples finding the empty tomb, and thomas feeling the wounds in Jesus's palm.

  • Perhaps Ludachris was raised christian like I was. So if he was he has every right to say that Jesus is the new form of Sun God Worship. Because he was indoctrinated like all of us. The stories that you read in the Bible have no reality to them. They are wonderful fables and stories and unfortunately have been used by powerful institutions to control and enslave large populations and when they didnt get control they killed and maimed Muslims, Jews, and other non believers.

  • okay, so where in the bible does it say Jesus is the sun. all these people do is blab on about control and power. so is it a fable that babylonians destroyed jerusalem, because they did.

  • vathuglife. "Jesus" never even lived, he was all fairy tale. Not one genuine, contemporary source mentions him with as much as a syllable. All the other "messiases" from that era were mentioned, we have evidence for those, and there would have been for Jesus too if he had been real.

  • why would a contemporary source write about Jesus, who lived 2000 years ago? contemporary refers to modern times. there are many modern historians who say Jesus of Nazareth was a real person. We have plenty of textual evidence about Jesus of Nazareth. youre totally ignoring the synoptic gospels and several gnostic accounts. oh yeah, the word you are looking for is "messiahs"

  • vathug. Jeez! Don't you know what *contemporary* means? Someone who lived then!!! Read a real book some time, not just "The Bible". It's not good for you.

  • no, contemporary refers to modern. again, you havent said why the gospels themselves are not reliable. you dont know what contemporary means, and you cant even make the plural form of messiah.

  • Con-temporary means of the same time, of the same era, you retard. We are contemporary today, but the people who lived then were contemporary then. Read a real book some time instead of The Bible, you moron.

  • vathug. And the historians wrote about all the other "messiases", so why shouldn't they write about "Jesus"? They would have, hundreds would, and since they didn't we know he never existed for real. (Don't even bother to mention Josephus Flavius, that was a fake made by bishop Eusebius. Even the theologians say that)

  • YOu fucking idiot, you don't even understand english! No wonder, when you're so retarded that you believe bronze-age fairy tales! Go suck "Jesus' Holy Dick" or "Mary's Holy Virgin Pussy" or something! And there was not ONE CONTEMPORARY SOURCE THAT MENTIONED ANY "JESUS"! The entry in Josephus Flavius was a fake, and it wasn't even contemporary in the first place. The gospels were written even later and were all fairy tale.Even christian theologians admit there were no contemporary sources."Amen"!

  • why dont you grow up and learn how to talk to people.

  • vathug. You started it! But OK, I'll watch my language a bit more. :(

  • i started it? and where did i use bad language. i merely asked you a question you refused to answer. your only response is to say curse words and call everything fairy tales.

  • vathug. What question? Ask it again, then.

  • oh yeah, you want to insult my intelligence. why dont you learn the plural form of messiah.

  • messiah, shmessiah, it was my intention to spell it like I did, it's a fairy-tale concept anyway!

  • Could it be that all these great stories were created by superior being(s) to provide an understandable interface and social model to which we mere humans could also relate?

Could our existence and abilities as "mere humans" be largely a result of not having tapped into our "super human" capabilities?

Have you not met someone that seemed to be able to read your mind or your theirs?

Could it be that some of us, unknowingly, DO tap into these unknown capabilities?

  • If Christ is our modren Osiris. Who created earth? by chance? Also:

    1) The bible doesn't mention the exact date/year of Christ's birth and his death.

    2) Catholics don't represent all christians.

    3) Horus had many forms.

    4) Some of the mentioned Gods in your video weren't born on Dec. 25! Yes go check real historical and arcealogical's textbooks.

    5) I agree that some chrsitians rituals are blend of paganism. The Church embraced some of these false rituals to convert pagan to Christinaity.

  • If Christ is our modren Osiris. Who created earth? by chance?

    God.

    1) The bible doesn't mention the exact date/year of Christ's birth and his death.

No. It doesn't. One more reason not to treat it as an historical document.

  • 2) Catholics don't represent all christians.

    Of course not

    3) Horus had many forms.

    True

    4) Go check real historical and arcealogical's textbooks.

    I have read several.

  • actually, the gospels mention that Christ was born during the reign of Tiberius. and looking at many historical figures of the first century, id say we have more evidence about Christ. we have very little of Aristotle's writings, most of which are copies done in the middle ages.

  • These are excellent videos.

  • Very well done. I'd rather say that Jesus is the modern Horus and John the Baptist is the modern Osiris, though.

  • This was really good, its a pity that not everyone will see this.

  • Thank you.

The music is "The Four Seasons" by Vivaldi.

  • great videos ... could you list the music please?
