  • did you do squats and deadlifts over this period? if so, how much of an increase did you see? good results!

  • @sakelee You don't get a mass increase without squats and deadlifts. PERIOD. I saw a very significant increase in both, over 100lbs.

  • good job man. just wanted to say, ive always had underactive metabolism and have always been on the overweight side. im 5 foot 8 inches 215 pounds. mind you all the males in my family have been stocky and naturaly thick, though i still think that im overweight cause i got the belly and all. ive finaly decided im gonna do a vid like yours of me getting rid of this shit and getting fit. (exept you didn't have any shit to get rid of but whatever).

  • @matthieus2 Yes, you HAVE TO eat a lot of bulk up. Getting a bigger and better body lies in 90% nutrition and 10% training. Lots of protein, lots of good fats.

  • Congratulations! This is an amazing transformation, especially in 1 year. You went from having a beautiful slender body to having a beautiful muscular body. You started with a below-average percent of body fat. From appearances, I think you may be slightly underestimating your current percentage of body fat. Unless you're aerobically fit, you're not necessarily healthier than when you started, but you're stronger & like your current look better. It's always good to be happy about how you look.

  • I don't thing your BF is 5% ... I'd say 8-9 but not 5.

    The bodybuilders can have a 5% BF when they are competing, and there is a big difference between them and you.

  • @Hollowmanist It is common for a Pro Bodydbuilder to can get down anywhere from 2.5-6% bodyfat for a competition. 2.5% of bodyfat is naturally stored in the brain whereas theyre body stores none on the day of competition. My body naturally does not store bodyfat commonly being an ectomorph. Indeed I am solid at 5%, just may look different than those guys because im no where near their size.

    I agree with this for sure.

    It might be the lighting or something, but you definitely don't look any less than 8% BF. If you say you're as low as 5%, we'd be seeing striations and much more vascularity.

    None the less, excellent transformation man! Very well done.

  • Yes, I eat ALOT. But i was not fat to begin with, I was and have always been an ectomorph. Eating a lot is a must to gain anything.

  • eat 5 times a day dont listen to the bullshit no carb diets, eat 4-6k calories worth of veggies, chicken, fish, beef(if u dont mind looking a little bulkier, fish and chicken are lean muscle bulding) cottage chese, cheese, nat penutbutter, apples, grapes, bananas, oats, eggs, protein shake, MORE FISH whole milk brown rice, potatos and wheat bread. and train your ass off dedicated your life to it

    because he wasn't fat then he started his transformation so to gain muscles he ate lot to gain alot partly fat and partly muscles (bulk) but since ur fat u should consider losing the fat and gain lean muscles and when ur slim u could start to eat like a horse :)

  • Thanks! Lots of upright rows and shoulder shrugs. Isolate and go heavy, elevate the shoulders as much as possible and they'll get there!

  • Like my description states...Eat like a horse and Train like a monster. Keep as many calories as you can, burn very little.

  • I am the same, maybe few Kg's more. just step by step. stop blaming that you are small start training, eat healthy food, you will want to eat more as you build up body and after a year you should have good results, of course that would be the beginning.

  • Eat! every time you feel the sugar/food need, go and eat chicken/eggs/oatmeal/banana/pe­anutbutter so on.... also get Weightgainer.

    I got a ect body, but i have gained alot of weight from the right supp.

    Using - Protin powder, gainer, Kre-alkalyn, Zeus. Cvitamine, Omeg3 and Betacaroten.
