I see two hurdles: the audio is awesome but too long, & the visuals are a bit weak.

Maybe aim for a radio personality?

Burn the audio onto a CD & start mailing to the producers of each targeted radio show. Don't address it to the host's name...they get so much mail, you'll get overlooked.

I think you'll find it's longer than they can use, & it takes a long time 'til the commentary starts. I'd get it under 2 min. If you can get the animation to Jib Jab standards, you'll have more options!

I hope you're not referring to Palin. The problem is not that she "made it on her own" (in fact, most of her opposition impressed with that she can put her shoes on in the morning, let alone that she managed to become a Vice Presidential candidate). The problem people have is with her archaic and ignorant viewpoints on virtually every subject, and her refusal to acknowledge issues that are truly vital, instead preferring to engage in childish tactics in an effort to demean Obama.

This is VERY funny and so well-done! I don't agree with the sentiment (Sarah Palin = shallow, grasping, interfering, fundamentalist airhead) but I do appreciate the skillful parody and the great production value. However, many of the lyrics apply more to Liberals, rather than Conservatives -i.e. "Whenever I see someone/Less fortunate than I/And let's face it, who isn't?/My tender heart tends to bleed" or the part about taking over people's lives because she knows exactly what they need.
