  • Dang Mr Matthews is rockin some chuck taylors

  • only the girls thought serious eric was awesome cause they wanted him lmao

  • its episodes like this that kind of make me upset that eric later became such an irrational moron later

  • @halofable574 you were upset? the show got funnier

  • eric is so much smarter than often given credit for

  • I'm glad Eric decided to write his SATs again. He was never one to give up.

  • Comment removed

  • this might be the first episode without mr. feeny

  • I would have married Eric.

  • Girl sitting at 2:23 hot as anything.

  • i laughed so hard at corey getting home & pretending like his parents didnt see him i watched it again and realized he sounds very italian when he says " ay mommy daddyy"

  • The way Shawn calls Ryan "the baby" is hilarious. XD

  • ilove my brother but shiiit i wish i had eric as a brother too!

  • I loove how eric always calls the kid buddy. :)

I agree with the comments that eric would be a good dad.

  • and god how cory is moaning all the time is getting on my nerves if i was the director i'd put him out of the show :@ :@ :@ :@

  • man how eric became the authorative person in front of cory and made it funny at the same tme was amazing O_O

  • Eric would have been such a good dad!

  • Eric got the option to be a father twice...I hope Ryan has a father, and Tommy is doing great with his family, and I hope Eric get to be the father he always wanted to be.

  • @Leducgirl Doubt it with Eric. I'm pretty sure this is the last girl he ever dates.

  • omg the stuff dog Eric was holding is a Wishbone toy ^_^ to great shows in one

  • "The baby's gone?!" Oh Shawn, you make me laugh.

  • Role reversal, Eris is sensible for the most part, but Cory is an idiot in this episode.

  • that kid is justin cooper..from Liar Liar with Jim Carrey

  • This episode is way better than the entirety of Secret Life or any of those others shows.

LMAO at Cory trying to sneak in.

I love Eric. I actually kinda like that they made his character goofy--it makes the serious Eric all the more amazing :)

  • You can definitely hear Will's New England accent at 2:16!

  • the mom is from gotta kick it up it took me the whole episode to realize it

  • @studdmuffen8 shes not from gotta kick it up, she is from phil of the future, she was the grown-up verison of Keely in a couple of episodes

  • eric has had the most chances to go back and not go to college or move forward with his life. glad through the whole show he moves forward anyway. this ep. isn't about bailing on a single parent, its about being all you can be FIRST and live up to your potential before then settling down before you're ready

  • "The baby's gone??"

  • ok first eric is smart then he turns dumb then he becomes smart again then later dumb. WTF???

  • @drummerkid9q The whole series was like that with every character.

  • grown up eric is hot!

  • I love this kid. He was in a show called Brotherly Love and he is Jim Carrey's son in Liar Liar. He is so adorable.

  • @MissTuxedoMask You're thinking of Andy Lawrence, the kid playing him was Justin Cooper.

  • @MissTuxedoMask Even Topanga says so, 'gotta' love her.

  • i don't like that this ep is telling people that relationships with a parent doesn't work out.

  • @ninejayriot U know what, being a step parent isn't as easy as being a parent to ur own flesh & blood. Eric didn't run when it got too "real" he realized exactly what Kelly said, just because she's a mom doesn't mean he has to be a dad. It's really hard knowing your boundaries and rights with someone else child. He was doing what he thought was best, which is what any first time parent would do.

If u listen to what Eric says to Cory when he gets home, maybe u'd understand what Eric did & why

  • @ninejayriot well that is y most single parents do not let there bf gf meet there kids until its serious becuz if it dont work out and eric is only 19 he did the right thing better to get out now and leave then a year later

  • love eric..............

  • wish there was an ep when eric, after college, came back to them, not only was she hot as hell but they seemed genuinely happy together.

  • LOVE Eric.

    He's such a good:

    Person

    Son

    Guy

    Father-type

    and everything else :P

  • Is Shawn's ear pierced?

  • shawn is the best but he's completely useless in this episode.

  • This episode soooo beats Teen Mom on MTV, anyone else think so?

  • can anybody tell me about the other episode involving eric and a little boy. i think its like eric is volunteering to be santa and he meets a boy who asks for parents for christmas? if anyone could tell me i'd really appreciate it :)

  • @ghfan317 hey i think its caled santa's little helpers

    its on youtube

    hope this helps :)

  • @bma1193 ahh yay thank you! i remember eric and the little boy made me so sad and i wanted to see it again. thank you so much!

  • "No, I just wanted to explain why we were home so late and to say Thank you!"

    "Cory!"

    "And thank you too :D"

    Hahaha soooo great.

  • I really like this storyline with Eric and Kelly. It's realistic and they could have had a sweet relationship.

  • "The baby's gone?!" Hahaha Shawn is so funny.

  • I would give Topanga my tootsie roll...

  • "the baby" lol

  • i think we would all agree but serious eric is awesome

  • I wish they let her and Eric stay together, it would have been sweet.

  • the thing with eric is people say that they wish his character wasnt made to be so stupid towards the end.

But the whole way through he was always stupid when it came to books and studying, but he was always brilliant with life issues and the important things concerning his family and friends.

  • @qprmanzz he's always been smart. he just never applies himself.

feeny says it ..in one episode.

  • @qprmanzz sorry i votd down on accident but i just wantd 2 let u kno tht i completly agree

  • ...i dont get the ending

  • @celloplyr4jesus me either! wth was that? lol

  • "saturday was just cake day at school and perhaps some crembrelay. mmmmm"

  • creme brulee. lol

  • "The baby's gone?" Love Shawn.

  • eric was actually mature here.. wow

  • i want an eric...no fair that these characters are fictional

  • as much as i love eric in the later seasons, i love his seriousness too, and i wish they hadn't changed his character so much.

  • eric is soo good with little kids! like tommy and eric we're such cute friends!

  • why does it say both justin cooper and alex d linz on imdb played ryan for this episode?

  • Because they probably did. Why is that so hard to understand?

  • I wonder what Kelly's story is. I always assumed she got pregnant before marriage(We all know how common that is in this day and age) and the father is estranged, but she says Ryan lost something. Apparently she's a young widow or divorc'e.

  • @JDUB73EB just because they werent married doesnt mean he didnt lose a father. a father is a father, young old, married or not. and ryan lost his father to death, fear, or any number of things

  • Eric should have been like "AHHH ITS THE CLAW" that kid loves that one (liar liar)

  • you know what, Eric who later turned in to being the comic relief had some of the most serous moments

  • @punksweetss even in the early episodes eric has some serious parts and moments! so i totally agree ya know?

  • @punksweetss yeah i've been watching BMW and he has the most serious "Un-Dramatic" and Not Overrated Serious Moments

  • now go to your room

  • great acting
