@uakronems64 Not hard, I used to do this in kindergarten. Just make sure your left hand pinky is on top and your right hand thumb on the bottom. Most people instinctly do it the other way round. We used to, while in that position, cross our index fingers and stick our nose inbetween them. Then we would unfold our arms while never letting go of our nose or even change the position of our fingers on our nose.

if you look at the original video the thumb thing is so easy. before he says to turn your hands back up he switches his hands. its right over left, then the camera goes to the audience and when it goes back to him his hands switched to left over right. go ahead and look
