I would like to know how many pounds on each hand should I start to lift, I am just starting to exercise and i would like to do this one. I do not want to hurt my self and pull a muscle. What do you recommend?

To answer your question, it does actually work, but try it and implement it 4 days a week to discern for yourself. Regarding how much weight to use, start with 5 lbs, then go up as you get stronger. You want to make sure you have your form correct before increasing to heavier weights. You can do it on a bench or an exercise ball, those work great. Also, don't be afraid you are going to bulk up muscle. It will actually tone your muscles and make you more trim.

You often see female body builders with implants. Its because they naturally burn off the breast fat with lifting .
If it's not working yet .. go heavier . give it time . make sure to massage it a stretch them too.

Hey, sweety. I know this is none of my business, but I think that pushups are GREAT for lifting sagging breasts.. If you don't think you can handle pushups, not even on your knees, then try them inclined towards the wall. Trust me. It builds muscle very very fast!!!
