OK as a Republican myself I thought the guy was pretty funny. He was fair to take a few shots at the Republicans. Any public figure is fair game. Maybe the Mitt Romney joke may be pushing it, but he was ripping on Democrats pretty hard as well. I think he did a good job.

That was utterly despicable to pull him from the podium just because he was going to tell a joke about Michelle Bachman. I am now revoking my membership in the Rebublican party. If free speech only applies to jokes at the expense of anyone other than "the chosen ones", then I am not going to join those lemmings in their long walk from that short cliff. Peace out, repubs. Wish Ron Paul would run independent. He is my only remaining tie to those hypocritical stuffed shirts.
