It costs abit more than regular tattoo colors. However there's alot of debate about the chemicals in UV ink. Some claim, that it can cause cancer, because it contains other cemicals than regular tattoo ink.

not that I'm recomending this but I did a prision style tat of a star on my knee with blue pen ink and it turned out fine and I'm not dead yet. And I have an orange UV ballpoint pen that shows up under Black lights and I might do somthing cool with that

i bought the kit on ebay for about 80$ or so. just search for "tattoo kit". Then the ink found online as well. it was about 15 bucks. I did the tattoo myself.
