lmao, this is what happens when the economy is in deep shit with no signs of clearing up. The job market still stinks too. Maybe these guys have legitimately attempted to get a job, but had no luck. People from all walks of life have been affected by it, irrespective of race. So, they had no choice but to do this. If that is the case, than I don't consider this to be a crime, but a matter of life or death. Remember bills don't wait for nobody, nor does food, which is a basic necessity of life.
looks to me like the guards were in on it. holding his hands up while still holding his weapon? could have easilly capped one of them as they fled while the driver shot, chased, or ran over the other one. doesnt the guard in the truck have an m-16 with an availible pop-through port for firing through the truck while remaining protected inside?
Why should the driver or guard risk the lives of himself and bystanders to get back insured money that belongs to somebody else? Once they already had the money and didn't hurt anybody it's time to let the police do their jobs.

That's a Dunbar Truck. Dunbar's policy is essentially to keep your ass in the locked truck, and to either high-tail it, or run the fucker over. (Not exact terminology used, but I'm not digging out my old employee handbook.)
So excepting where he parked the truck... He did things by their book.
@PushyLittleKid It's not like the movies. We don't carry radios so we can not talk back and forth with the person going into the building. The driver likely did not know there was a robbery until his partner came out and told him, or when he saw the two armed suspects fleeing. It was too late by then.
@PushyLittleKid because that's murder. it's not his money and $9/hour is not enough to get charged with murder. these are no leo, they are money guards, they only have the right to defend themselves legally , not to kill over a few dollars.
it would be tough not to shoot them but all i know is shooting someone in the back isn't self defense, either way the money is insured.
