This thing works, I got a slight puff on the side obliques that can never get rid of. (shredded everyone else :) I did 7 on day 1, 2x8 4 days later and those puff are already tighten up a lot more. I only can do once every 3-4 days because obliques gets pretty torn after doing this. If you can do it, I would highly recommend it.
Damn Hard! but thats it has been useful and Ive managed to accomplish it, but I wonder do you really have to move all the body or do you have to keep the thorax as steady as possible and only move the legs...?
@fsfsfsfsfsfsg Keeping your upper body as still as possible, move your legs back and forth to each side in a steady motion. Be mindful of your stomach contractions with this exercise. As soon as you get into the staring position, you will have to tighten your abs and keep them tight throughout. If you do not do this, you run the risk of injuring your lower back. Hope this helps! I got it off of livestrong if you want a reference not just someone guessing!
This exercise is really good for core strength, especially for your abs and arms, I use this for workshops and classes and it works really well, it is difficult to get the hang I thought at first but if you have decent ab strength and arm strength you should find it easier to do,
If you want something much much harder...try watching "hannibal for king"
he holds himself parallel to the ground while fluttering his feet. I am not even close to doing this (although I am tall and the leverage for me is bad)....but its much harder.
Just for reference, you would call that a full planche on paralletes (sans fluttering, anyway). But yeah, that is a very difficult skill. It's even harder on flat ground.
I just watched all you videos and I gotta say bravo man, I enjoyed them all cause they were informative and you weren't all cocky about it. You see all these other videos and the guy has to show himself flexing and has such a big ego about it but I didnt get that from your videos. So, awesome job!
damn dude i love all you vids, especially because you have other vids that show you how to get to that level, like for example i suck at cat leaps cuz all of my muscle is in my legs and none in my arms, so i ask ppl how to get there better, and people say pul ups, but i can do three pull ups in a row, and it strains me like hell, my brother is into crossfit and will be a trainer for it this september and told me about like kip ups but i suck at them, do have any advice?
@InMythxGodIsForce wow i can't believe i could only do 3 pullups in a row back then, XD my highest in a row is 21 now, i finally got a muscle up and a proper climbup from cat hang. 300lb dead lift over body weight front squats and just so much more ability then i had back then, Man watching progress is pretty cool thing. :)
Fantastic. Absolutely. Lethal. :D Been subscribed for months. I second the other comments about your quality and originality. You are an awesome contribution to the community.
nah, most of them have been done before, probably all of them. i came up with some of them on my own just by being creative, but i am sure others have done them before me.

hey bro, wouldn't it be better if you did them in a slow motion? When doing exercises that fast I always think it looks weird.
Cool song btw, listening to the whole part now.

Are there any other oblique exercises that are *on* ground? I don't think that at this stage I'll be able to hold myself up that way...

If you need to build up to the support position in a windshield wiper then you should work on the other posted exercise - Knees-to-Elbows.
