  • I have always belleved there are big cats in the uk, to many normal people from to many diffrent areas have seen them for it to not be true, I also belleve that the sound of one growling was caught on camera at Thundridge old church in Hertfordshire (a derilict 900 year old church tower) as i live quite near there i became more intrested in this story and contacted Big Cat Monitors web site whos experts confirmed my suspitions, they belleved the recorded sound was a courgar.

  • i dont think you can really say much without seeing a fresh carcass. But interesting that he thought the bodies had been dragged. Also the fur possibly removed?

An update from the uploader on what if anything has happened since then would be useful.

  • Hi These Black Leopard definitely exist, I saw one five feet away through the window of my motorhome late at night so I know they live wild in the UK, I've been filming a Documentary on this subject for the last year and when released will cause a lot of concern. John Estall NowOrNever Film Productions.

  • I have just had 4 sheep killed in 6 days, 3 of them were eaten right down to the bones before I found them and I check them every day! The 4th one was just eaten around the throat. The first 3 had been sheared and the skin was also eaten with no mess anywhere around them. The 4th was not sheared so maybe thats why it wasn't eaten. Incidently the 4th one was left for 1 week and nothing else touched it so obviously not local foxes or badgers. We also had 2 ewes eaten in the same area in June.

  • Look behind you, now back at me, now behind you, I have turned into a big cat. Look back at me, I was just kidding, now look behind you, a big black cat, I'm not kidding.

  • a gang of fox's HA gang : ) haha .. or was just a very hungry guy

or sheep die easyly anyway mayby the fox's took there time to eat it

and if it's cold and wet why didn't he look for big cat foot prints

and he says he first saw it about 2 weeks ago but fresh.. i don't think a big cat will kill a sheep and go oh i might have that in a weeks time .. HAAA hahaha

  • Well usually near the place where it eats the kill anyway, but seems pretty believable to me

  • Theres no fur round the bones? Cats usually pluck its prays fur/feather etc off?

  • good stuff mate, keep us updated, nice to see clear vid for a change, definate cat activity me thinks, hide out for a day or so :)

  • gotta be a big cat, i found a load on dartmoor a while back, bout 5 or 6 scattered around a fairly small area by a stream, some were fairly smashed up but others were almost intact skeletons, very little wool not much wasted, at the time i was convinced that it was the work of a big cat, but then put it don to wanting it to be a big cat. since then i have decided i was right in the first place, it most likely was a big cat, i love the idea that we have them roaming the country!

  • surprised this stuff hasnt been confirmed yet? some tracks have also been identified by experts as prints from a big cat, maybe dont want to panic folk?

  • It's Behind You!!! Oh No It;s Not! Oh Yes It Is!!! Too Late You're Dead!

  • that to me has to be the work of a large cat i found a deer like that in devon once and my dads friends guard dog was riped apart from the chest on same night his horses wer attacked keep an eye out mate with your camcorder u might bump in to it one day
