I loved Jess, but what he did was awful. I mean, how could you, Jess? While I watched seasons 5-7, I realized that Jess could have been with Rory if he just treated her well.

@rebecca7accf Agreed I dont hate Jess but Im a fan of Dean I just feel like he never treated her the way every woman should be treated. They had great chemistry and so did Rory and Dean in their own way, I just think Jess didnt know how to be a boyfriend.

I love this show but even after all this time I still CAN NOT believe that Rory broke up with Dean and treated him like shit just to go out with Jess! I mean seriously the had this amazingly sweet, hot, and wonderful guy and she breaks up with him for Jess! UGH it still pisses me off! I <3 DEAN!!!!

@dancegrl52 thank you!!! i cannot for the life of me figure out why everyone wanted her to end up with jess as he treated her like crap the entire time they were together. i cant think of one nice thing he ever did for her and he never let her in and she chased after him while dating dean! dean was the best of her boyfriends, the worst thing that happened dean marrying lindsay. rory and dean forever!!

@P3891 not alone but people who dont like jess are few and far between which completely baffles me as jess was easily the worst of rory's boyfriends. all dean ever did was love her and logan might not have had his priorities straight all the time but he still treated her better than jess did

As it's been said before this show was good until the characters started becoming unlikable. I think Rory suffered from being to perfect and that made all her mistakes that much worse when she did them. I think we can see the destruction of Rory's character happen as early as when Dean and her first breakup. Jess was a mistake for Rory. He was a horrible boyfriend to her. She broke up with Dean who was great to her and then she messed that up to. Then she's with Logan and well that was awful.

At least they left the ending of the show open ended,so maybe Rory will end up with him....someday. I mean,she had a connection with Jess that she didn't have with Logan or Dean,whether it be dating or friendship,they'll always be important to eachother.

Gilmore Girls was phenomenal, but sometime during season 4 the show started going downhill; like the writers, directors and actors decided Rory and Lorelai's life wasn't good enough anymore. Bledel lost all acting talent and the writers decided Rory would sleep with her married ex and then date AND MOVE IN WITH a rich asshole (all so un-Rory-like). Not to mention quit school and mooch off her grandparents. And Lorelai put up with so much shit she never would have put up with before :(

I didn't want Jess and Rory.. I wanted Dean and Rorry :( SHE handled things wrong and shouldn't have got together with Jess straight after Dean broke up with her :(

rory was a favorite charcter in the 1st 2 seasons but after season 3 she just got snobby i hated her in the 3rd season the way she drug dean along when she clearly liked jess all the seasons after the 3rd season she just went down hill.
