  • yea that was stupid, shitty ass fence was barely attatched to anything. AND he had to wear gear for that! lame

  • this should be consisdered a sport

  • all i saw was some fag in some rugby shit

  • t wear shorts to do that and that fence seems riged

  • grrrr8 i wanna have a go!!!!!!!!! lol

  • what a dickhead....glad he's hurt

  • that was poo, the fence was liek,, a crate thing out up between a real fence

  • First of all......this was halarious. Would I do it? NO WAY! Would I want my kids doing it? NO WAY! Was I influenced by XL - YES! Because they showed YOU CAN AND WILL PROBABLY GET HURT. It was shown and talked about before - its called the news. Did everyone get all hyped up with them?

  • that was about as funny as . . . at burn unit at a hospital..

  • We could do this all day... So I'll say this and stop... Do you think for one second that FOX or CNN don't care about ratings? It's media... everyone cares about ratings... I respect your opinion but I don't agree with it. We never "encouraged" anyone to do anything... I have kids... and in the end it's on me to make sure they do the right thing... or move to island with no contact with the outside world... We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.

  • Part 4:

This also encourages young minds to do it as many listeners "look up" to the radio personalities! I know y'all are trying hard to keep your listeners since Doc left by "mixing things up" a bit ~ but pulling stupid stunts will only run off your fans, not keep them!

  • We weren't "mixing it up"... We wanted to know why grown adults were running through fences... Shawn said he would do it and tell us... So he did... he got cut a little and it's fine... It was my fence... Shawn's arm... and it really isn't that big of deal...

  • Well did you learn why "grown adults" were running through fences from this stunt? The station made such a big deal about this on the air yesterday, and even today (complete with promting your youtube video) so you can't tell me that this wasn't a "mixing it up" kind of stunt! You may not consider it a big deal, but just wait... I'm sure when children follow the lead initiated by bringing this stupidity on the air, Clear Channel will have numerous irate parents to contend with!

  • We make a big deal about everything we do... A party at Blue Martini... Baby Idol... anything... We've said numerous times it's stupid... it's not cool... don't do it... FOX News, CNN, Headline News... they have all shown videos... and talked to people that have done it trying to understand it... Teach your kids not to run through a fence and it won't matter what they hear on the radio...

  • Did CNN, FOX or any of those news shows encourage someone to do it to up their ratings? NO, they showed the guy who "invented" fence plowing. I doubt seriously these news shows would have taken on the liability of having some fool to do this just to self promote. It just wasn't cool to do, I find it difficult to believe that you can't see the logic in this! Oh, and trust me, my children wouldn't even think to do something so foolish (but there are children who would).

  • Part 3:

Having been someone who has gotten tetanus from a rusty nail, it is NO laughing matter as I almost lost my foot in the ordeal. I find it hard to believe that Clear Channel approved this stupidity! But then again, the water stunt was approved without logic as well (look at the outcome from that one).

  • Part 2:

Since you admitted on the air this morning that he got cut up, it would be in the stations best interest to go ahead and have him get another shot today (they are supposed to be good for 10 years, but they also tell you that if it's been less than 5 years you should still get one; and, they'll also tell you that if you knowingly get cut by a rusty nail, as a precaution you should get one on every incident).

  • i can't stop laughing. did johnny magic pay for the stitches? just curious. :)

  • Yeah... Johnny Magic Insurance LTD pays for all the injuries... I once got cut on the eye playing on the Charity B-Ball Team... JMI paid for my medical attention then as well!

  • pussy, take off the helmet and the fence was only attached by a weak point in the middle, looks like the top and bottom were loosened.

  • The helmet was more for looks than anything... it's too small to even fasten... we pulled the padding out to make it fit... it was a kid's helemt... and Shawn has a huge fro... And you can see the wood break away... it was screwed the other sections... but thanks for the analysis...
