unfortuantely i have noticed Dylan videos are slowly going back off, damn copyright. Not saying a solution, but just find it rather annoying. Great song :)
this song reminds me of a relationship that has run its course, but the hurt and love still remain. a powerful message delivered in a short and concise song. easily one of my favorite dylan tunes, acoustic or electric!
just wanna walk for miles and listen to this

the harmonica in this song is gorgeous !
quite a harsh sounding instrument but here it's so soft and melodic - just like bob's voice.

He must've been a great lover.

What is really amazing is his age when he wrote this. He was born an old soul.

From the crossroads of my doorstep my eyes start to fade
My love she speaks like silence, without ideals or violence
Well, early in the mornin'
Till late at night
I got a poison headache
But I feel alright
Now I wish I could write you a melody so plain,
That could hold you dear lady from going insane.
That could ease you and cool you and cease the pain,
Of your useless and pointless knowledge
