One of the definitions of KEEPER is "One that is worth keeping, especially a fish large enough to be legally caught." Finding KLIPS (clips) that meet my criteria is kinda like fishing. When you "catch" (find) a good clip and it is legal(not under age 18) then the kLIP is a KEEPER . When I put more than one clip together then I have Keeper Klips.
