That "theory" of yours was right. It is called premature engagement, you can fix that by short stroking 1-2 teeth on the piston.

Most guns don't get PE at that ROF but kwa is retarted and put a heavy "reinforced" (lol) piston in there guns.

I have a 6,6V (Yes, it is enough) 4400 mAh 60C LiFePo by A123.

These things are durable....shortcircuits, complete discharge (LiPo and NiMh/NiCd do not survive this), overcharging, inapropriate charging, nothing can get these batterys down :D

@gearhead632 stock motors you dont have to worry about that however you do have to worry about the battery over-stressing stock motors and stock gearboxes. Aftermarket motors usually have a much higher discharge rate... IE my G&P M150 motor. you then have to take account for the battery having a high enough discharge rate. usually you should make sure that your battery has a higher discharge rate as the motor cant draw more than its max rate but it can draw less nd that will hurt the batt nd mtr

i used a KWA m4 with an s90 and the exact same thing happened. my fps lowered on full auto by a lot because the piston wasnt thrusting to full forward position before the sector gear came all the way around again. You will need a stronger spring to solve that problem. The 12.8V madbull would be good for those crazy suckers that go for high fps setups (500+ fps) but if i wanted a madbull battery i would go for the 9.6V to be safe

not without upgrading the piston! I would recommend a G&P 120 motor too. And still don't expect this to run for long I have never seen a gun handle even an 11.1v without occasional breakdowns over the past two years. Sure there is some people that get lucky but for the most part the parts have to be perfectly shimmed and cared for!

Dude i HAVE a KWA and its fine just dont run 12.8 as he said gears spin before the piston returnsa and thats true. i only have one problem with my KWA just make sure you get better bearing bushings. get the one where the bearings are ceramic instead of metal. metal expands in heat and in CA its hot so mine expanded and poped out of place and stripped my gears. that was a nice $90 $25 for bearings and $65 for KWA gear set

Uh dude... Your are very wrong.... The gears inside the gun are meant for Hi torque not Hi speed so a quick gear change and done. They Kwa M4 can handle it because it hasn't broken anything inside the gearbox. A Kwa M4 has also been proven by ASGI that it can take a 16v lipo. :D
