Chocolate IS POISONOUS to rats. Try asking a veterenarian... don't spread disinformation unless you're CERTAIN you are right.

I've kept rats for 12 years - at one point I had over 50, and gave up my BEDROOM to the boys...

Chocolate isn't very healthy for them (even though they LOVE it). You COULD feed tiny bits to them maybe once a month. It's got a chemical or something that is unhealthy for them. But yeah, you can give it to them once in a while, but don't make a habit out of it. :)

Rats are fine with chocolate. They aren't like dogs where its really bad for them.

You don't want to give them an abundance of chocolate for the same reason a person shouldn't eat too much chocolate. Its just plain unhealthy to overeat it. :p

rats dont "eat" furniture then need to chew on wood and things like that or their teeth will get too big. just keep rats in a cage so they wont destroy furniture

i saw people were fussing about the choco i think its fine for special days or tricks sometimes as long as you dont everyday, my sister had a rat but she always gave it choco all the time and after a while it was verry sickly and died. Sometimes my sis and mom give my rat Cherry Choco but i perfer not to give her it,

My one rat died giving birth so then i got this rat cherry and she is sooooo sweet =)

I think that Tina has small hands and it makes the rat look fatter.

I never noticed any that were obviously obese just a bit pudgy.

My girls get a bit plump when they get older but my Vet thinks they are ok.

The video was a birthday present to a 14 year old for taking such great rat pictures.

Considering I stole Tina's pictures from her photobucket site and put the video together in about two hours while drinking about 6 or 8 shots of Tequila I thought it was quite good.

Perhaps others would like to back me up on that assessment?

I tried checking your site for an example of "Media Creation" but that also appears to come up a bit short.

These are Tina's rats but I think it is a she and her name is Jezebel.

She is a cute dumbo!

When I was looking for my third rat (from Rat Chick Rat Rescue) they has some dumbos and I was to get one.

As luck would have it the foster parent didn't bring the dumbos but instead brought a batch of Pink & Black Eyed Whites. I was blessed that I picked Spooky (a PEW) out of the 11 girls that were there. So I agree, dumbos are cute but the PEWs are the most beautiful rats in the world
