It happened because he tilted the xbox while playing. That's why it is a perfect circle the disc reader did it while being tilted. Happened to me to, really sucks.

Fuck my 360 it scratched my Army Of Two right. Guess what came up after passing a mission and getting an Achievement? Disc cannot be read or whatever it says. Yea the 360 can jump in your games and fucking rape it
