  • @Qnzdipset1 animal protein is bad. plant protein excellent.

  • There is a lot about the truth people don't know about and I feel this book will help tell people in a less confusing way. It's not judge mental but based on actual facts...

  • Dr. Max Gerson discovered the same thing in 1928. He also cured cancer and all the other diseases Dr. T. Colin Cambell mentions. Dr. Gerson took it a few steps further by adding detoxification, and other things.

Learn more at Gerson.org. You can watch "The Gerson Miracle" here on Youtube.

  • @Pikolow1 Thank you. I will watch. :)

  • I would love to meet this doctor and have him change me!! I will try this when I can afford it, hope is not toil late

  • @BrazoDelDiablo It is not too late to start. Eating healthy food can be more expensive than eating fast processed food but in the end it will be so much cheaper to be healthy. Do what you can do right now and you will still see the difference. Best of luck for healthier you!!

  • protein period is bad or animal protein??

  • @Qnzdipset1 Mainly animal protein..but we also don't need a quarter as much protein as is recommended to us.

  • The average person is recommended to consume only 5% of protein in their diet, not 10%.

  • Soy products bad no good .... stay away

  • @willdeburr But better than eating animals :)

  • @willdeburr Organic Soy is very healthy for humans. The GMO or processed soy is what you should NEVER consume! Organic Soy contains phytochemicals which help to keep the body cancer-free. Most fruit and vegetables have phytochemicals. I hope this helps! <3 vegan love~

  • Saw him on Bill Maher last week, and he looks very good and healthy, im looking into the type of diet he is promoting.

  • I juice organic eat mostly organic veggies and fruit sooooo much cheaper when you cut out meat and dairy. I also feel amazing.

  • It is much cheaper to be vegan. Way cheaper.

  • @Annannapolis You're so right. I am not vegan but I do eat lots of veggies and fruit. I also try my best not to buy packaged food ( not perfect on that though). It IS soooo cheap!!! ;)

  • i went vegan and have cut food bills significantly especially now when meat prices are so high. saving money and saving my health. pretty neat.

  • anyone have experience with seborrheic dermatitis and this diet?

  • when I went vegan for a few months, I had THE most energy ever...it was awesome. It became expensive though, and I had to stop. I believe that consuming animal products (to the extent that Americans do) is the reason why we have so many health problems.

  • @bellacnella18 It isn't any more expensive than eating meat is. It doesn't have to be expensive anyway...it's just a mind set that needs to change. It might seem more expensive but it will cost you a lot less in the long run. Eating a meat diet might seem to be cheaper but in closer inspection it isn't. It is just that your tastebuds are chained to the things they like and your mind will use any means to justify it.

  • @SupremeMasterTV im not against a vegan diet. It a better moral choice and is better for our health. But i understand what bella is saying about it being expensive. Health food shops cash in on this whole thing. The prices are expensive. The ingredients in lots of the vegan recipes are rare and so are expensive.Fast food is cheaper and more available so poor people will suffer. Vegan meals are time consuming and expensive. Unless of course the people can just eat raw brocolli from the s,market

  • @lejambon08 I agree that health food shops and even our big supermarket chains are cashing in on the whole organic and health food thing. But just because you're vegan there is no need to make things complicated. Someone that's been vegan for a while will tell you that their shopping list is not full of exotic ingredients that they shipped in from overseas. Most vegans will buy local organic produce from the farmers market or grow these vegetables themselves. It is definitely cheaper this way.

  • @lejambon08 and the reason I mention price again is because the price of vegetables has sky rocketted since droughts or floods have affected our harvesting areas. Just remember: Meat is 'cheaper' because the government pays subsidies to keep it this way. But in the long run it is destroying our beautiful planet. If we all grew our own veggies or had a community garden our food will be more nutritious and have more vitamins inside them. They're not dead veggies that provide no nutrients.

  • @bellacnella18 vegetables are no more expensive than they were a hundred years ago... the food and its value hasnt changed... but corn is subsidized and is sold at a price lower than production... the gmo's make so much of it available that the vast majority of our 'foods' like soda, cheap bread, and even the livestock are fed corn so that the cost of production is artificially low... wages become based on artificially low commodity prices and our vegetables appear more expensive when it isnt...

  • @bellacnella18 yeah, but a vegan diet = B12 deficiency and babies and youths need fat for good neurological development.

  • @cloudbuster77 That is a myth, not the truth. If you eat correctly you will never have a vitamin B12 deficiency. The body is actually meant to produce Vitamin B12 by itself. It is only when we started feeding the body with it that the body stopped producing it naturally. If Vitamin B12 is the only thing that stands in your way of eating a pure diet I suggest you take a supplement for it. There are many food supplements out that that the body can digest easier.

  • @cloudbuster77 There are many food source vitamins that are also vegan. Good luck :)

  • @cloudbuster77 # seaweed have the complex B

Hiziki Kombu wakame agar agar ect

  • too bad the milk and cheese industry will spend big bucks trying to supress this and spread misinformation. i saw him speak about a year ago, i still eat cheese once in a while, and chicken, but i a mostly vegetarian/vegan and have been getting more serious over the last few months. i cut out milk completely, love almond milk and rice milk, coconut milk ice cream.

  • Bill Clinton mention him, that's why i am watching this

  • I have not eaten eggs milk fish meat or chicken for over 25 years and I am fine, that is enough for me, also I am 41 and look at least 10 years (mabey more) younger, I dont think that this is a coincidence

  • Thanks for the video! I apologize: I tried to give Houseofisrealmusic a thumbs up and accidentally gave a thumbs down. So he/she should have 3 up... Sorry! :(

I am reading the China Study, and can't put it down. It's a fascinating book.

  • How does diet affect your sex life?

  • Changing your diet to a compassionate one does not affect your physical life. The difference is about gaining spiritual compassion for every being.

  • @mechaorganism When you eat right for your species (herbivore/fruitarian) EVERYthing gets better :))

  • @mechaorganism Better blood circulation lol, throw some exercise in their too XD.

  • @mechaorganism I get that SupremeMasterTV wants you to be motivated by ethical reasons to make these types of changes. That is certainly what motivated me: when I became vegan I wasn't sure about how healthy it was, I just did it because it's the right thing to do.

That said, since making this decision, I've dropped 15 pounds without trying, my iron levels balanced on their own (I was chronically deficient when I was consuming dairy), and I feel better in almost every way.....

  • @mechaorganism .... If you do it right, you'll be healthier, happier, and one benefit that a lot of people get is an increased sex drive, stamina, etc. It's just a consequence of being healthier in general. :)

  • @mechaorganism To be healthy OVERALL. one must eat well, and excersise. those are your two biggest keystones....a good diet is part of overall health and it does affect your physical life as well as your spiritual life....they are connected...one in the same.....

  • Excellent Video!! thanks for bringing this to light! love and blessings Catherine

  • BTW, I recommend this book ALOT, it's scientific hand of veganism.

  • my mom read this book and everything in it is very true! my mom has cancer and i think ppl who dont have cancer should still read this because everyone should pay attention to this kinda stuff

  • why is this called the china study? many chinese eat lots of meat? i am vegan! Thank- goodness my kid does not like dairy alot!!!!

  • Yea, doesn't the healthiest country in the world, Japan, consume a ton of fish? And China is big on fish, pork, and chicken. I'm not vegan but I don't eat much meat, and almost always stick to fish and chicken.

  • While eating no red meat is good, fish and chicken are still meat as meat is the muscle of the animal. The flesh of an animal in any form is considered to be meat.

  • But fish! The Japanese eat it and it has omega 3s naturally occuring. Is there something biochemically in the fish that really make it unhealthy, considering the lean protein and omega 3s seem really healthy?

  • The fish obtain the amino acids from the plants they eat, so the best place to get your amino acids are from plants- not 2nd hand from fish who get it from plants they eat. What is wrong about eating fish is the taking of a sentient beings life when it is not ready to leave this world yet. There is no light around a dead fish, yet there is boundless light around fresh fruit and vegetables. Light=life force.

  • Can you give me an answer that is less spiritual and more scientific? I've read in many places that omega 3s found in fish are long length whereas the omega 3s found in plants are medium length.

  • What do you mean light?

  • The energy surrounding a living thing. It's aura.

  • And how to you see it? Or what is the testable characteristics of these "auras".

  • Omega 3 is found in better sources. For example, the place that the fish get it - Algae.

  • Fish also acidifies the gut causing bone leeching as Campbell mentioned. Fish has uric acid and heme iron, toxic in humans. Fish is also excess protein leading to many diseases. The problem is meat/fish/chicken is too concentrated in protein. Protein reduces systemic pH levels. You feel the effects if you alkalize your diet then try to go back.

Just as omega 3 (1 of hundreds of antioxidants found in plants) is concentrated in fish, so are toxins (biomagnification) as you go up the food chain.

  • All considered, Japan does not consume nearly as much meat as Westerners. The biggest difference between traditional Okinawan diet and Western diet is Okinawans eat far more veg.

  • Because in the older parts of china they didn't eat as much meat as they do now that they have been more introduced to the western diet. Read the book. It explains all the reasons you need to know.

  • okay, thank-you. I have a feeling i will be glad i have been vegetarian most my 46 years! and total vegan for year now! never did like milk tho, any way much. Or meat. Period.

  • :-)

  • Because Premier of the State Council China asked Campbell and other researchers to figure out why Chinese saw a rise in cancer incidences before the study began, then they went over there and did huge inventories, followed by number crunching and lab tests and found out it was because of the amount of protein that was being consumed that promoted carcinogens like aflatoxin and those subjects exposed to aflatoxin with low protein did not have cancer masticize.

  • You never heard of a book called "China Study"? Google it.

  • Totally agree. Everyone should read the book The China study. For your own health and family and friends sake

  • Dr. T. Colin Campbell is my true hero..... no doubt he is responsible for improving my well being and health. I have learned so much from his well researched studies.
