  • The bucket below is filled with a no-rinse Sanitizer solution. Soak ALL tubing, the suto siphon, bottles, caps and equipment that will touch the cooled Wort or Beer in that for 20 mins before using. its the most important step in Home-brewing - but missed as an instruction in most of these short vids. I prefer Sani-San or Star San. Some good great Brewers use Idophor.
