it will be very different from the rest of the series. it is not everyone's favorite season but still very good. it has a killer finale so don't lose interest. and even if you still don't enjoy it, season 3 is a huge return to form.

like i said, the finale is great. i can't promise you that it will get "better" because that depends on how you see it. if it still fails to interest you, at least finish it to watch the rest of the series, which you will enjoy (but do NOT consider skipping s2 altogether)

I think I might give season 2 more credit than most people. I thought the whole thing with the stevadores and The Greek was interesting. Plus I just couldn't help but find the Sobotka family really compelling...and ultimately tragic. The season gets an A+ anyway thanks to Omar's courtroom scene.

I agree that season two was beyond amazing (as all seasons of The Wire are). The way they depicted the death of the working class and showed just how fare some people will go to get by in life was fascinating to watch.

My friend DL'd it off the HBO site long ago, burned it on a disc for me, and then I had to reformat it to upload on here. Frankly, it doesn't have to be perfect to be seen.
