  • That was awesome! :)

  • Bad.

  • I MISS FIREFLY!!!

  • One thing that's bad about Joss Whedon's deaths are that they're so abrupt and you don't have time to mourn for them like in Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Dollhouse.

Overall, the series and movie for Firefly was great. Such a shame that Fox decided to take the sky away from us.

  • When I saw Serenity on opening night the whole theater went dead silent when Wash got killed. Totally unexpected.

  • This video is 15 seconds not 5!

  • @adler234639 i think you meant 16 seconds

and besides you need to have 11 seconds dedicated to the title and credits apparently

  • You know what? You just earned yourself a new subscriber! Bravo! hahaha. To my fellow Serenity fans if you don't like this video please have a sense of humour abour it. the crew from serenity would.

  • HAHAHA dude this is fucking funny! I love serenity but that was hilarious! That throat punch was the best.

  • Just remember, people: If Firefly had lasted, we would not now have Castle.

    Bam. Said Kate Beckett.

  • @UncleMikeNJ I would rather have firefly, castle is good but that show is very generic its better then most of those crime solving dramas but still generic. I would much rather have the vastly superior and unique firefly.

  • How can this not simply be someone saying: "Summer was awesome, as usual... and some other stuff happened, the end." ?

  • This Video is completly Fake.

Nothing can hold the complete amazingness of Firefly, even in "5 seconds"

  • i reall ywould have liked to see what joss had as a back story for Book. that character could have been so much more.

  • Dude, that's 10 seconds.

  • Can't really argue with that.

  • i love all the characters cause you know they all rock.......except for the alliance

  • Serenity in 16 seconds...

  • oh it made me laugh

  • If Firefly was on any of the major networks today, it would completely steamroller every half assed sci-fi/action/drama piece of crap out there right now. Firefly and Battlestar are the two best sci-fi shows of this generation (joining the ranks of Babylon 5, Star Trek et al).

The guys who wrote Stargate Universe need to sit down and watch Firefly; and discover what proper likeable characters look like.

  • @bassdemon16 as a fan of both you clearly didnt give SGU a chance..........it started off slow but got really good really fast.................

  • @IGNsucks

I followed every episode. There were only a handful that i truly enjoyed (Pathogen and the finale being my favorites). I agree that the show got better after the first season. But in my opinion it wasn't worth cancelling Atlantis for.

  • @bassdemon16 they didnt cancel atlantis for SGU, atlantis was cancelled cause of ratings and then they had the idea for SGU so they got started on it right away...........atlantis was awesome but SGU was different man.........Im so sick of people comparing sg1 and atlantis with SGU............those were action sci fi adventure shows, SGU was a sci fi drama...............if you went into it like that you would see that, emphasis on the characters.

  • @IGNsucks Sorry to butt into the convo, i agree that SGU got better, but sadly it was a bit like "lost" in what it was trying to do, it kind of lacked what made stargate.. stargate, there was just too much bullshit, then some hormones, then more bullshit, If it wasn't for robert carlyle the show probably wouldn't have lasted half as long as it did, he was amazing in it. The whole chloe and Eli "geeks likes girl but girl likes macho man" thing has been done so much already, it was good but eeh.

  • @soulshrine I agree with the chloe thing but luckily they got off that.......as Eli got a hot redhead...stargate universe always went back and answered whatever they put out, its nowhere near as horrible and confusing as lost was..........and it was a different stargate, if you went in thinking of it as a different show which you should have done then it was great..........what did you want them to do another fucking SG1 of SGA........it was already done.

  • @IGNsucks Actually first time i watched it i didn't like it, then a couple of months later i went back and watched it with the don't treat it as stargate mindset, and honestly it improved it only a little, a couple of episodes had amazing bits in it but the rest was predictable trash, imagine them making a new star wars movie that was so bad that the only way people could even remotely enjoy it is if they rebranded it so that it didn't need to live up to the standards of star wars. My point..

  • @IGNsucks ..Is that Stargate focused to be like lost, and you said "its nowhere near as horrible and confusing as lost was" and your right, but that is what Lost had going for it, that was what was appealing, and if they had done it for 2 or at most 3 seasons only, it'd been amazing, but SGU is lost... but predictable, there's a real lack of Other races, too much focus on human love + hate which as i've said has been done so many times, its sci fi while trying to be a soap. D:

  • @soulshrine predictable maybe but the show itself was still grea, i predicted somethings and other things I didnt all in all the show was great, and the writing was original (most of the time). regardless it was a different kind of stargate, putting it up agaisnt your expectations is unfair since the creators were trying to go for that BSG esque type of show but with stargate elements......sure the show had drama and stuff but it was done well and it still stayed sci fi

  • @IGNsucks eeeh i dunno i see what you mean but i think your missing a small point, Stargate universe was no where near as good as bsg at what bsg did, and at the same time the stargate elements where what? a stargate, that is it. They called it stargate universe but really it should've been called Battle lost galactica : The Soap opera trying to be a Space opera. Cause that's what they tried to be, a space opera, and it didn't do it well :( i wanted nothing more than it to be good...

  • @IGNsucks In the end, They ditched the many elements that made stargate what it was, there was no camaderie, no sense of adventure, robert carlyle's amazing performance is about 80% of what was good of that show, and in the end people have spoken, it has been cancelled, a good quality show does rarelly get cancelled without good reason, its not like syfy did a fox (a la firefly) on them. The show tried to be bsg, it failed, the universe was dull, fans of stargate boycotted, the show failed. :(

  • @soulshrine you clearly didnt watch it all the way through cause the second season was amazing, especially the second half..............and look speak for yourself, I thought the actors were great and the show was great and Ive loved stargate since I saw the movie in 99 and then found out about the show.......that sense of adventure you referring to was not what they were trying to accomplish, you see your putting your own expectations on the show, expecting it to be like SGA or SGU

  • @soulshrine what did you want them to do pull a fucking star trak and keep making the same thing until it was run into the ground...........SGU was different........oh and tons of great shows get cancelled, so your last point falls flat on its face: Firefly (as you mentioned), Dead Like Me, Deadwood, Terminator, Defying Gravity, Farscape, SGA, SG1, The Black Donnellys...............and only the idiots expecting another SGA/SG1 boycotted, if they had done another one I wouldnt of watched

  • @IGNsucks Shame SGU was weak, At least BSG new series took the old series remade it and added to it. what did SGU bring that was original? Those kino's, tho i'm sure if you look back through the history of sci fi its probably been done before. your arguements are basically you arguing for the sake of it because you are butt hurt, so fine whatever, just when you go to bed at night, i hope you cry knowing your wonderfull SGU got cancelled because it sucked, they making a film? nope cancelled!!

  • @soulshrine Wow what did SGU like rape your mother or something, your attacking this show like its some kind of threat.........the show was great end of story, if you didnt like it that thats too bad for you...........and I can same for Atlantis, 2 years now, and wheres the movie???...........you keep bringing up points that contradict what youve already said, grow up and stop attacking this show..............and every sci fi show borrows from other shows so whats your point.

  • @soulshrine they took stargate added BSG to it with a little farscape maybe and made it more dramatic.............im sorry they didnt do another SG1 or SGA.............cause that would have made sense, AFTER THEY BOTH GOT FUCKING CANCELLED.......clearly another one of those shows was the way to go.............

  • @IGNsucks how fucking dare you bring up farscape in this convo, that show was diamonds, and no part of it is in sgu, no sgu didn't rape my mother, but sgu obviously raped your mum while you watched and it seems you fucking enjoyed it. gj

  • @soulshrine SGU did rape my sister and killed my mother and I still love it..........thats just how good it was...................and farscape was on a living ship, just like how destiny was sort of alive..........wow did you even watch the show???

  • @IGNsucks Yes and tomato's and lettuce are the same thing because they are round.

your arguement is did i even watch the show, what kind of fail attempt at a response is that, ESPECIALLY doing so twice. As for the living ship, they where going for the spiritual approach what with the ascended/ancients. On the other hand the ship in farscape was a hybrid ship/biological living creature. your comparisson is like saying science and religion are the same. my nephew could argue better than you. :P

  • @soulshrine the crew of the moya depended on the ship in order to survive, and moya depended on the crew of farscape to survive............just like the crew of destiny depended on destiny to survive and destiny depended on its crew to survive..........get it now.........seriously these comparisons are so obvious you might be retarded..........please go get yourself checked..........and what I originally said was "a little farscape"...........go back and read if youve forgotten.

  • @IGNsucks So wait your defending SGU by saying it was unoriginal in the aspect your trying to put forward, oh good job ! :P noob.

  • @soulshrine noob??........seriously.......what are you 12 years old..........time to grow up..........and every sci fi show borrows something from other sci fi shows but adds something of its own........i was just describing SGU by making comparisons, which is exactly what you can do with any other sci fi show.

  • @IGNsucks Alright lemme finish this for you, "Farscape's cancellation received considerable notice by news media.[10][11] Thanks to the attention generated by the fan campaign, various financial backers in Europe offered their support to Brian Henson, and in 2004, The Jim Henson Company produced a three-hour mini-series to wrap up the series storyline entitled Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars." And

  • @IGNsucks "The second season of SGU ended as a cliffhanger. To resolve this a movie was being planned; however, due to timing constraints, Stargate writer and executive producer Brad Wright announced on April 17, 2011 that the SGU movie was not going to happen."

    Enough said.

  • @soulshrine samething happenned to SG1, SGA and Farscape.........an SGU movie will happen eventually.......so whats your point.

  • @IGNsucks Dream on kid.

  • @soulshrine I just realized SG1 and SGA did get cancelled............so what the fuck are you talking about??...........SGU was great, sorry you couldnt look past your own expectations and enjoy a new type of stargate..........if you think taking a different approach was a bad idea than go watch the four (not counting original) star trek shows and see why that would have been a terrible idea.

  • @IGNsucks There is a fucking difference between good change and complete change, the second half was good? it was alright, did it end the show no. in the end the fucking majority spoke and no matter how butt hurt you are it ain't coming back so tough. get this into your thick brain, no one wanted another sg1 or sga, but they did want a quality show set in the stargate universe that was entertaining and original, you claim you want originality over the same old shit yet SGU was bsg+lost.

  • its 15 secounds ;)

  • I pretend the movie didn't happen, so many times being Whedoned! (killing off characters in weird ways.)

  • When do we get to go to that crappy town where I'm a hero?

  • that was great lol

  • How cool would it be if they made a sequel to Serenity and Mal and The Operative just casually bumped into each other, and The Operative was just like:

"Captain Reynold, how nice to se..."

    BANG!

Mal (holding a smoking gun): "I warned ya'!"

  • @Bladerunner93 I imagine it more like-

    "Captain Reynolds?"

    *Mal wordlessly draws a gun*

    "Oh."

    BANG!

  • @Bladerunner93 Or just a sequel to have more of the show? ;P

  • @Bladerunner93 Yeah, that whould be EPIC!!!

  • Love Firefly!!!!

  • I still can not believe that such a wonderful show was ever allowed to die. I guess it was because so few people knew about it at the time. I my self only discovered it a few short months after it was canceled.

  • great show too bad I found out about it after it had canceled.

  • 'I am a leaf on the wind, watch how I soar'

  • Wuh duh ma huh tah duh fong kwong duh wai shung

(Holy Mother of God and All Her Wacky Nephews)

  • its so like joss whedon to kill off a character everyone loves.....

  • F**K THIS MOVIE! tHE SERIES IS GOLDEN, THE MOVIE IS A TURD!!!

  • Too awesome.

  • WTF with the Irish music?! I demand western music immediately!

  • Mumbler! what does he actually say?

  • Wash is great but why does no one care about Book? You really dissapoint me, fans of firefly, you really dissapoint me. For that, you will burn in a special hell for child molesters and those who talk in the theater.

  • @Nafysatnaf Losing Book was bad, it kind of made it hit home that Firefly was never coming back (and losing Wash was a double whammy) but personally I think what I cared more about was we were never going to learn just who or what Book was... the loss of that story is the true tragedy.

  • @Marwolaeth01 or about the hands of blue guys! they were so beast!

  • @Marwolaeth01 Dont't worry man, there's a comic about Book's story. Not a fan fiction one, a legit one

  • @Nafysatnaf Thank you for quoting that...

  • @JBRewind

Isn´t it sad how I earned a sarcastic hater-comment, even though I haven´t said anything provokative or bad yet? Well, there is even a hell for people like you, look it up, in the 8th circle of Dante's Internet.

  • @Nafysatnaf Hater comment? I was thanking you for quoting that line that the Shepard says because it's one of my favorite line in the series... what the hell makes you think it was a hater comment? It was the total opposite...

  • @JBRewind

Well, I am still quite sure that you are sarcastic and not serious, but if you are serious, just ignore me and imagine i apologized. If not, be offended. Now that i think of it, I should stop feeding the trolls, but you know what? Nah, it is so much more fun to discuss with you.

  • @Nafysatnaf I am being serious, and have yet to be sarcastic.

  • @Nafysatnaf That place is also reserved for Rupert Murdoch, the guy who cancelled this great show.

  • @Nafysatnaf Why did no one care about Book? Because just about every Firefly fan knew he was going to die. Wash was a complete shock moment that made you believe they were going to kill off everyone. So it isn't that we don't care about Book, we were just more prepared.

  • @PoffyTheCucumber

River wouldn't be half as good as she is, without the conversations with book, and anyway, every charakter in the series is a jewel, as shiny as the others. That's the spirit of firefly.

  • @Nafysatnaf everybody is jewel staite?

  • @PoffyTheCucumber

Book was an Operative. That was the twist that would have come out later.

  • @Nafysatnaf LOL, I love every character in Firefly, but if one should die, sadly... it should be Book. He's an awesome character, but in the end, I feel that every other character is more important.

  • @Nafysatnaf Book was one of the darker characters in the show because no-one knew his past... Creepy old guy is awesome!

  • @Nafysatnaf If by some miracle the show ever did continue, I'd feel awful if they didn't set it after Objects in Space, with Book back in there. lol

  • @Nafysatnaf When I first watched Serenity, I had all ready been told that Wash was going to die, so I was completely expecting it, but when they came to the point where Book was dying, we had to pause the movie so I could collect myself. Book was an amazing character and should be treated with the same respect, however the majority of people who saw Serenity watched Firefly after the fact and thus had more of a connection to Wash.

  • @Nafysatnaf They're both awesome, but you kind of see Book's death coming: The wise old badass who shelters them, then they try to warn everyone who's ever given them shelter and everyone's dead. You kind of get warned first, and he gets the kinda long death scene. Wash is a character no one assumes would die and then gets killed so suddenly with no warning at all. I think THAT'S why there's so much fuss about him over Book. They're both so cool though...

  • ???????

  • Probably the best chemistry between actors I've ever seen on a TV show. Humor, action, plain and simple entertainment. Shame.

"I am a leaf on the wind, watch how I soar."

  • nice

  • BAHA. So true.

  • uhhahahahaha! This vid is thumbs up, you have to be a serenity person to get this. Friggin brilliant.

  • Joss just needs to get away from Fox. Dollhouse didn't make a third season. He needs to go to something like sy-fy, a more loyal and open fanbase and a network that's more willing to put up with crappy ratings for a while. They'd let a show get to it's feet.

  • @JohnyVirgil It's been quite a while since firefly though, the actors are getting older and have moved on, we could have a new series, but it wont be as good as it once was, except that one episode with all the whores, that one sucked. Let's just be happy with some great episodes and an awesome movie.

  • @DisarrayINC Oh yeah I completely, I wasn't talking about Firefly specifically. Just for Joss in general. Firefly has had it's day, but Joss still has plenty of gold left in him. Although, who knows if he'll do another show, two series canceled before they had a chance to fully develop. That's awful.

But us fans, we're still here, right!?!?!!?

  • @JohnyVirgil You can't take the sky from us.

  • @JohnyVirgil I absolutely agree. Firefly was amazing, and Dollhouse was interesting and certainly had potential.

I mean, I bet Buffy never would have been allowed to get to the point where it really started to get good had it been on Fox. What if these shows had been given more time to develop their main plots?

  • You could have probably done the actual plot in 5 seconds. Alliance made reavers and hid them. Let's pit them against each other.

  • They waited so long I think everyone is a little to old to be jumpin about now :( but at LEAST good HEAVEN give us BOOKS!!!!!! PLEASEEE Not just comic books either... THICK novel books.

  • Apparently the writers from the show are putting together a book of short stories. Read an article on it in the Escapist. I am excite :D

  • Well, it's from the movie.

  • END THEME = GOD

  • *sigh*

    so true...

  • Hey there's a new attempt to bring firefly back if you haven't heard, it's called The Blue Glove Assault. I seriously suggest checking it out--I mean only if you want to bombard fox with blue gloves until we get what we want...

  • The most recent campaign that actually SAVED a show is the one for Chuck. And they did that by supporting the sponsors in the name of the show; buying Subway on Chuck airnights.

Instead of bombarding the company with useless items, it's more efficient to do something that will make them money.

  • thanks for the input, we will hopefully do something else like that after the assault, but we need to get numbers and their attention if we want to get this show back

  • in what comic did they have a fling?

  • I think panther2552 is thinking of Better Days, when Mal sees Simon leaving Inara's shuttle and assumes he was there as a client. Inara implies later that he was actually there as a doctor. Without getting spoilery, Morena's explanation of Inara's big secret at one of the conventions also supports this.

  • oh ok, i'm going to have to read the comic books again i think

  • Not too much of a hardship, methinks. ;) I always enjoy a reread.

  • lol, that was good

  • What's sad is how many of us found out about the series and movie long after the fact. If we had known before, the tv ratings and box office receipts might have been much much better.

  • Quick! Someone build a time machine! Firefly MUST NOT DIE!!!!! *goes to 4chan, FOX's mortal enemies to arange a raid to get Firefly back.*

  • @sableghost yeah i only heard of it last year, great show if you ask me

  • @sableghost Truth. I'd never heard of it until WAY after the fact when a friend sent me the series as a gift. We just fell in love with it, too late to do it any good.

  • @sableghost They still aired it out of order, which is very retarded.

  • @sableghost My friend, this is the kind'a stuff those shiny time travel stories are made of. . .

  • @sableghost i unfortunately only just found out that this film spawned from a series. I am in the UK so i guess i would not have known about it. I should go watch them actually.

  • @7Kiymaira7 You should! It's a great, if short-lived, series!

  • @7Kiymaira7 Do it! The film is great but the series is better. Watch the episodes as they are in order on the DVD though, not as Fox messed them up on TV. Read the comic book "Better Days" during the episodes of the show aswell, its an extra story :) Then chronologically after the end of the TV show it's the comicbook "Those Left Behind", followed by the film "Serenity", then the new comic book about Wash and his death called "Float Out". Then curse Fox for cancellation!

  • @sableghost That is sad. but what's sadder is that Fox didn't even realise that what happened with Buffy (low rating 1st season followed by many more 2nd season and on, not to mention Angel's success) is that word of mouth spreads. & more & more fans would've continued to tune in every episode because of Whedons extremely loyal fanbase (hell I even sat through Dollhouse : s). That show would've been huge. As big as Buffy. It came along right before BSG, great timing and it was brilliant to boot!

  • @sableghost It's horrible to think that 'If i were to have watched Firefly, it might have been the one that counted' and they never would've cancelled it IYKWIM.

  • Good lord you had 5 whole seconds & you never even touched on River... Whatever.. I just wish the show was back *pouts*

  • Ayeh me too

  • i want firefly back!!! thier is a huge gap betwen the last ep. of firefly and when the movie takes place, so you can make more eps. joss wedon and fox!!!

  • Totally the most underrated show of our times......only like 14 total hours of story :-(

  • @dsa8 Well at least the ending of Serenity is pretty conclusive!

  • needs to be a sequel so i can buy it and watch it i love this movie and i loved the firefly series

  • Such a cool movie, found out by word of mouth

  • i like how the series started off with all this stuff happening. We get glimpses of the characters' pasts every now and then over the course of 11 episodes or how many there was the characters develop fully into people we care about. One of the greatest shows ever. I kind of like how book's past was never shown. It's left up more to the imagination what he actually did when he was younger. He always new more than he led on about the Alliance.

I want to see a sequel

  • Must have sequel!!

  • omg best movie ever and buffy and angel rocked too

  • no, not even close... where are the reavers? where's river? meh' whatever...

  • Where's Summer?

  • Yup, that's pretty much it. :D

    SPOILER COMING UP.

I don't think I would have been able to sit through however many seasons of a Wash-less crew. I honestly teared up everytime I realized it while watching the movie. D:

    I'm tearing up now. lol

  • So true. They killed off one of the best characters in the movie. My favorite episode of his is "War Stories".

  • That's when he and Mal were tortured, right? And he told Mal to make love to Zoe?

Ahahaha ... the awkward kiss. XD

  • Whedon was always intending to kill off Walsh because river was meant to be the one to take up his position.

  • @SilentYoda 1st 1 i saw

  • @SilentYoda Still.. Whedon have a love for killing off fan favorite characters :P

  • @SilentYoda "War Stories" was such an awesome episode ^^ remember at the end, when Zoe and Mal act like they're trying to kiss?

  • @Onlera33 I STILL CRACK UP LAUGHING WHEN I WATCH IT

  • @SilentYoda Agreed. "War Stories" was my ultimate favorite.

The show wouldn't have been the same without him.

  • @SilentYoda War Stories was the first Firefly episode I ever saw. I watched the scene where they were captured and had to watch the whole show. I was hooked. Wash is awsome

  • @SilentYoda Personally, I found Wash to be OK, but I'm more upset that they killed off Shepherd Book without even trying to give a hint at his mysterious backstory.

I've heard rumours they are bringing it back. I really hope, if the rumours are true, that they somehow bring Wash and Shepherd back.

  • @hansellius Read the comic The Shepard's Tale

  • @SilentYoda My favorite episode of Firefly PERIOD is War Stories.

I bawled my eyes out when they killed Wash. I got VERY pissed off at Joss Whedon. :P

  • @SilentYoda I totally agree :)

  • @CatgirlAnimeFreak - if they went back to shooting they might just do it based after the series but before the movie, and also **SPOLIER** Wash might have gotten killed off because Joss' Car got towed at one of Alans Party's (Alan being Wash) lol

  • @CatgirlAnimeFreak If the show was given more seasons Wash wouldn't have been killed and if he was it would have been towards the end of the series because even though it sucked Joss killed to show or make the fans and vieers be like "See I killed Wash what makes you think I wont kill anyone else".

  • @CatgirlAnimeFreak In all good stories people need to die. Characters who people care about. Whether or not fans like characters or hate them. It adds realism. I'm a fan of Wash myself, but in real life, what would the chance of the whole crew of Serenity surviving through what went on in that movie? Two main characters who fans care about deeply were killed in the film, but it's still making it more like reality.

I'd write more, but my extended reply ran out of characters remaining. :(

  • @CatgirlAnimeFreak Wash himself said that if they renew the season he would be there somehow :D

  • @CatgirlAnimeFreak HA! So it's NOT just me! I watched Serenity first on TV then, intrigued, chain-watched all the Firefly episodes like an obsessed fiend, then rewatched the movie. Like, three times. Three meaning five. And every time - every. single. time - I cry when Wash dies. Aaaaand...here come the waterworks now...

  • @JuneEllieJ It's OK, I am a leaf on the wind.

  • @JuneEllieJ Wash dies in the movie? HAhah oh well, he was my least favorite anyway.

  • I literally lol'd. Pretty hard too. Shiny

  • Crunchy...

  • No it wasn't

  • Compared to the show, yeah, it was.

  • You can't really compare a movie to a tv show, i mean the whole concept for the two if different

  • What are you talking about? They took the concept for the show, and used that to make the movie. The concept from the show is the concept for the movie.

You can absolutely compare a movie to a TV show. Firefly was fantastic. One of the best shows I've seen in my life. Serenity did it no justice.

  • What i mean is that Firefly was just about Mal and company surviving, but Serenity is them trying to change something supreme in their verse. that seems odd and a bit convoluted so if you don't get my wording tell me

  • I don't think it's odd. This was a movie and they had to do something to make it feel big. The same sort of plots from the show wouldn't have worked for a feature-length film. Movies and TV shows aren't the same, and fair enough; they shouldn't be.

  • I don't know, it definitely had its moments.

  • I adored the show so much. I'm afraid that they had to rush through the movie to get River to make more sense, and focused more on her because she happened to be the more "complicated" character. I think that's why they killed off Book, as well. He had a past that couldn't be revealed in less than two hours.

  • The Browncoat in me then goes "Well damn, just make more movies! How about one for each character?"

    Don't we all wish.... -sigh-

  • well, there cant be one for wash now can there :'( unless they go back in time and set it before he died.

  • Wash's video could be set pre-Firefly for all I'm concerned. I always did want to see more about how he got Zoe to do something beside hate him.

  • Aw, Zoe didn't hate Wash, he just bothered her.

Still, I want to know how they managed to marry.

  • Well she didn't exactly /like/ him either.

But yeah, I want to know how they managed to marry too.

  • Yeah, I know, I just thought 'hate' was a little too strong a word to describe their initial relationship.

  • It is. Just wasn't sure what to use to express "Dislike that may or may not be fairly strong depending on the expression on his face".

...Kidding about the expression part if you can't tell.

  • i love wash as much as anyone, but i honestly wouldn't mind seein a flick without him either. be interesting to see where Joss would take Zoe's character (dealing with the loss.) plus i kinda wouldn't mind seeing the havoc that might be caused if Kaylee found out about Simon and Inara (was mentioned in the comics, they had a fling). I know that sounds cruel but isn't that what Joss does, crush characters and let us see how they get back on their feet?

  • Then they should of made it more than two hours, or better yet work teh movie jsut right were it told about book and river but took up teh same amount of time
