  • Belle vidéo.

    *****

  • just found this on one of my music channels on TV. amazing. i love it.

  • I used this as well as other Suzanne Ciani works for dance warm-ups with my students. She is just wonderful!

  • I sure hope she referenced this "Notturno, Ottorino Respighi"

I cant remember, cuz i played it so long ago and lost the book.

  • @olleromam91 Yes, she did. Here are the comments from the liner notes for the original version on 'History of My Heart' from 1989: "This piece is based on Respighi's 'Notturno' which I played as a child. It was also inspired by the natural beauty of Inverness, California." I like the original a little better than this stripped down version.

  • I really love this piece; Thanks for posting.

It's simple but fantastic, as "Hopffnung" said.

  • @esmaily1983 My pleasure! :-)

  • Thought All of Her Music And Lovely Harmony's, Suzanne Ciani Is A Beauiful Person...Love Her Music :)

  • Many thanks for posting this video!! I really love this piece... I do remember when I saw it a couple of years ago on ARTS channel.

Despite its harmony is not so much complex the reflexive beauty, peace and freedom are so comforty and clear the mind.

  • @Hopffnung You are welcome... it is, indeed, a special song.
