What you're seeing on this video is some kind of lag time with the video processing equipment, not evidence of a holograph. I'd argue more about it, but it's kindof a pointless argument.
If you look hard enough, you can find a face in just about anything. It doesn't mean there's a face there, it just means your mind can piece together a face from the data it has been presented with. Test, what test? All is see at 0:58 is some of the distortion starting, it's BLUE under her chin due to the BACKGROUND. It's green screen CGI. There are occasional glitches with backgrounds and super-imposing a person over the background. It isn't 'holographic', it's technology used in films since the 1920s.

okay, ummm quick question. Youtube is a public domain where everyone can access. and these so called repitilian humanoids seem intelligent. Using raw, unedited news footage might be a different story, but a produced video with obvious special effects and things can't be relied on to show anything. Besides that, many of the things you are pointing out are merely video compression artifacts. If you don't know what those are, I suggest you educate yourself about them before continuing.
