I'm gonna be a junior and I've been interested in culinary arts for a while now. More on the baking side. So my junior and possibly senior year I'm going to Boces through the school for culinary arts. I will get 4 of my main classes and then 5th period ill be able to leave and take a bus to boces :)

You can get started while in High School, particularly since mostprograms like you to have some experience before entering.
