Shot up in both arms? Even if somebody was there with him (most likely another addict, to know how to do it), we will never know if he asked for it. What I do not question is the will of Kurt to die. It is everywhere: in his songs, in his interviews, in his journals, in the fact that he tried to do it before (plz don't Tom Grant me on Rome: Courtney saved his life then), and in his genes, with 2 relatives dead from self-inflicted shotgun wounds.

You still haven't addressed the statistics... its incredibly unlikely that a gunshot suicide would also involve a huge heroin (over)dose of that kind.

As for rome, its obvious: kurt was leaving courtney, he wrote a note mentioning divorce(according to CL), he OD's on courtneys date-rape drugs, and he never remembers clearly what happened. And courtney claims it was a suicide after he's dead, and everyones pissed at her. Why? because they didn't consider him suicidal, and if they thought rome was a suicide they would have tried to help. Courtney is a liar. I don't trust her on Rome. Dr. Galleta said it didn't look like a suicide attempt.

The statistics are irrelevant if there was another person with him. He might have asked person to do it. K thought C did not love him anymore and was having an affair. Disillusioned with success, CL, sick stomach AND a drug addict, don't you think he would try and commit suicide - the Rohypnols he took with champagne, would have killed somebody way bigger than Kurt, if Courtney hadn't called an ambulance. Doctors in Rome didn't know him from Adam, so they did NOT consider him suicidal.

Firstly, she was having an affair, with B. Corgan. Courtney claimed she found him unconscious around 3-4 am. The ambulance wasn't called until 6:30, by which time courtney was in full makeup. Unless she had been up all night? CL claimed she found kurt with a pocketfull of cash and a note mentioning a divorce. How is that consistant with suicide? The doctors in rome were speaking objectively just about the overdose, not about his prior history with suicide(which was none).

looby: The fact is, no one considered kurt suicidal before he killed himself. Thats why his friends were pissed at CL for not telling them rome was a suicide before he died! If they all thought he was so suicidal, it wouldn't have been an issue. But they didn't. Many of his friends, too many to list here, have said the same thing: they didn't think he was suicidal at all before he died. So it's NOT the "obvious inevitability" you make it to be.

One of the heads of the investigation, Sgt. Donald Cameron, has been dismissed from the force for taking bribes. This screams, re-investigate! I did not find a bit of legally plausible evidence: Kurt and Courtney El duce etc: if you give money to a drug addict he will tell he murdered his mother on national television: No credibility. The books? Quick buck about suppositions. Kurt talked of suicide every-fucking-where, even when he did NOT know Courtney, there were cases in his family.

Regardless of kurts tolerance, theres no statistical evidence of people combining what anyone would call a heroin overdose and gunshot suicide. Kurt had benzodiazepines in his system as well, often a factor in heroin overdoses. Whatever his tolerance, he had been shot up in both arms; if someone he was using with gave him a higher purity than he was used to, it could have killed him.

She probably just played backup on the demo or something. Noone else has ever heard that he or she said that so i siggest you get some evidence. I'll find the bootleg for you. No, she didn't play anything on the demo, it was written before they dated. in NME july 93, CL says they co-wrote it, in a joint interview with kurt. In CAYA, kurt says he finished it in 30 mins in 1990, music and lyrics.

Rosemary Carroll was his lawyer and a close friend, when she voices unsolicited doubts about his suicide, i listen. Shes no the only one, Kim Gordon for one has said she believes he was murdered.
