I had the same problem, but I needed to zoom into the GPS map in mapsource. Zoom into the GPS map then follow their detailed instructions that came with the download. It takes about 1 to 2 minutes to install. I think these folks are very professional. I am a missionary in Nicaragua and I use GPSTravelMaps maps to travel all around the country - even back roads!
