Can you wear a dip belt reversed? I dont like the pressure on my lower spine. I feel like im compressing it. So instead of pressing onto my spine, how about on the stomach???

@Karliang 3 is fine :) its just like doing heavy reps on any other excercise. every time u dio it your getting stronger, doesn't matter how many reps, as long its hard ;)

@abcasd1 i think you can buy a weight belt in some nutrition stores. I'd suggest looking there, Also, does the vest have clips and rings on it? You could attach a cable to it from below from the cable machine. That would add weight. Thats what i do.

@Cold1Forged We will get some of Scotts real lifts on film this year. These are demos for you all. Sure some of the workouts get him going but check out the Beat me Down episodes for examples of how strong and conditioned he really is. You guys won't believe some of the weight he can put up only weighing 169.
