  • You're wearing the belt wrong lol. I tried wearing it that way at first but it'd slip off my ass. I loop the chain through the ring on the belt and it's way tighter and doesn't fall off.

  • @mamgu21 work more on the strength of ur arms and shoulder, do heavy weights, then u should be able to lift ur own body up over time ;)

  • @Karliang 3 is fine :) its just like doing heavy reps on any other excercise. every time u dio it your getting stronger, doesn't matter how many reps, as long its hard ;)

  • Good video, but instead of "arching your back so that the weight don't fall off", just lock the belt and you'll be okay people, it wont fall off that way.

  • my gyms here dont have weight belt, so i use a dumbell, then they stop me and ask me to use a vest which only weighs 10kg,,thats too light. what should i do?

  • @abcasd1 i think you can buy a weight belt in some nutrition stores. I'd suggest looking there, Also, does the vest have clips and rings on it? You could attach a cable to it from below from the cable machine. That would add weight. Thats what i do.

  • @Cold1Forged he always does, on the tricep workout, on the bicep workout, on the chest workout, back workout and leg workout, the first video of each one that he made, he lifts heavy, he cant do more than 7 reps per each one except on the burn set

    I doubt it, I have friends who can do 2 plates for reps and 3 plates for a 1rm, I'm sure Scott could do 3 for reps if he was warmed up.

  • @Cold1Forged We will get some of Scotts real lifts on film this year. These are demos for you all. Sure some of the workouts get him going but check out the Beat me Down episodes for examples of how strong and conditioned he really is. You guys won't believe some of the weight he can put up only weighing 169.

  • @nairb2693 i know but you can't really throw that phrase around at people who dont know much about this stuff. Because it sounds as if you are really injuring you're muscles, and some people may be inclined to ignore an actual injury because of the thought that they were just building muscle.
