i dont think you can teach em that lol my russian dwarf(chinklet and chublet)do that all the time even when i first put them in their cage but now chublet is too chubby to climb and chinklet just runs on the wheel and sleep all day

you need some bedding in that cage even though its a nice cage you must know what hamster NEED not WANTS..

why u say its russian hamster its ordenary dzugarian hamster like mine my does this every day but my hamster does 5 circles in morning jumps off and at night 10 jumps off again drinks and bites cage :DD and that bite sound piss me off :/ he bites in and start shaking that souns is good for 1 day but geeting use to its geting me hedbang
