Bing Crosby's brother Everett (who represented him in all his financial dealings) drove a hard bargain with Shell for Bing's participation [the Ol' Groaner's services didn't come cheap- a lot of money and/or stock might have changed hands, and the insistance this NOT be shown in the U.S.].
