@kisttube I'm not sure it I'd say it's a lack of imagination, it's more that it's really really difficult to cope with the sort of situation that is shown in this video (two giggly people). So the programmers could show you nothing right now and keep working on speech recognition and comprehension (tough!), or show you what works now, even though it doesn't work so well. It'd be like never rolling out the telephone until the mobile smartphone was ready!

A human brain is much more evolved than any hard drive atm and it's very hard to program robots that can use languages. Languages are very complex. It even takes humans years to one.
