how can you possibly do that because alligator pie is in raise C tuning (or capo on 8) and this is in standard, there keys are very very diffrent.

well, you don't have to play it the exact same way dave plays it. It can be played without capo on the lower strings.

Dude, I've been to over 10 Dave, Dave&Friends, D&T shows and over 20 DMB concerts so I'm familiar with how a show goes. Again, the screaming is ridiculous as it ruins the songs for many. I get plenty into the songs - I just don't try to scream over the person I am trying to hear. Oh and giving someone a dig and then wishing them Merry Christmas comes off extraordinarily sarcastic - but maybe you meant it that way. Ho ho ho.

Dave literally makes this song harder than it has to be. He plays the actual note when he could play it open. Honestly thats what makes him good. He takes something simple like the verse riff in this song and made it super-intricate... not to mention his lyrics, who hasn't ever felt like that?
