The quality does NOT mind...the important is what the musicians are able to transmit, so the stage, is very important...to me.

My fave would be Michael Vescera, who did the Kaleidoscope album with Roland.

He'd be able to perform any song of masterplan.

Hmmm.... The song doesn't fit DiMeo. He was good on MKII though. Now that he's left Masterplan I hope they get Jorn back (ofcourse). It'll gain some respect to the band again. If they keep on changing singers every album it'll feel like a grapow-solo-project.

DEFINETLY!!! DiMeo didn't do them any justice, as far as I'm concerned. And Jorn Lande back with Masterplan would be incredible, I mean, just search up "Jorn soulburn live" and HEAR how he stills sings it! DiMeo can't compare (even though 02:14 was quite nailed). I have respect for Jorn if he still doesn't find it musically fulfilling though. But they should be able to find a somewhat more impressive singer than what DiMeo was for them.

What a tragic performance! Now when Mike di Meo probably left the band I still hope for Jorn's return at least for one CD... still miss him. He's irreplaceable.

Okay this is crap. I'm a huge fan of Masterplan but there's no way one can take this dude singing live. Dimeo is not horrible, sounded decent on MKII (and that album was definitely a fcuking step down). I hope they recruit a new vocalist, in my opinion he could be John West.

Bad. This is so bad...How can DiMeo rape a awesome Song like SoulBurn like this? In terms of singing he is nowhere NEAR Lande. He is a good Singer, but he can't replace Jorn. And those older songs where made for Jorn. And this is why he sucks at singing them. He does a good job on the new Songs, but he just rapes the old songs. The New Album is decent. I don't like it but I have to agree that it is a decent Power Metal Album, but compared to the first 2 releases it just blows.

No, I don't think DiMeo was the best replacement they could find. When Jorn left and Ulli was still in the Band they should've done like he said and hier Bjorn Jansson. I think he would've been a lot better as a replacement as DiMeo turned out to be. And when I listen to the first and only Ride the Sky Albu, well, A mix-up of that and the MK II Album and we would've a Album that could be as good as their debut.
