Charities won't be able to accept the money unless they either support or keep mum about nuclear power.

It's heartening to see, finally, the people with the money and business clout in the US finally backing a bright future for this country, instead of the horrific backward, tyrannical looting of the US, turning it into a virtual dictatorship, all for the benefit of the few at the expense of the many, big oil, big banks, and big auto, big business, have been fascists over the last twenty years. And they use taxpayer funds to assure their monopolies (national or corporate socialism).
