  • nice ad viced...)

  • seems to me that your knees creep a little bit

  • cooling dawn after exercising reduces the Probability of having Muscular injuries

    :)

  • good one...turning people into the right way...how much time we have to spend doing this process....????

  • thanx fo posting........

  • I loss 17 lbs last month following a free weight loss guide. check it out at thesafeweightloss. com if anyone is interested

  • 220lb to 190lb in 2 months, not bad. My goal is 170lb, gotta keep doing this 2 more months.

  • @hugo32295 are u serious man???

    doing everything on this vid????

  • @hugo32295 how often were you doing it?

  • @shadez112 5 days week

  • Good workout I have no volume on this work computer but I noticed the spider push up. Also I have a awesome version of the spider with a little spin on it ha. I also like the stability ball push up with the knee drive which definately puts more resistance on the upper body. Take care

  • wa if i dun have a ball for exercise at 2:10 minz

  • @QasimAnwar I guess you just wontbe abel to do that bit

  • just did this with 14 reps per exercise. didn't think it looked too challenging but those gym ball prone tucks are a killer! good stuff

  • This guy is so freakin intense 1:02

  • or get into muay thai,

  • i agree with softwaterseas, aint no fat bum gonna do these exercises. best stick to manageable cardio(also bit of hitt) and then do some splitbody weight training

  • my legs kill me when i do any kind of squat, burns like shit after like the 10th time then i cant do it no more, i never worked out my leg b4

  • u know wats even better..doing this n doing cardio...killer workout

I wish I wtached this vid 2 years ago, it would have improved my training a bit

  • so you do 6 reps/ exersices?

  • Comment removed

  • u expect people who r whover 300 pounds to do this crap? hahahahahahaha! :P

  • Can I do these on the days I am lifting, before my workouts ? Or this should be considered as a completely separate cardio workout ?

  • very effectively presented.. no unnecessary longwinded explanations at the beginning like most others do. just cut to the chase and boom! thank you

  • so this is good for fat loss, like you can use this as sort of a warmup then do a full workout to build more muscle?

  • Enjoyed this video. Will be looking at the rest of the videos without any machines as I hope to be doing some of the exercises at home.

  • Look at this Van Dam wannabe mother fucker trying to educate.

  • @Jewscape12 you do better!!!! fucking prick

  • @Jewscape12 This is why nobody likes jews...

  • @xXFallenAngel818Xx Speak for yourself asshole!

  • @Zipemova1

Hey, don't take it personally. I only said this because "Jewscape12" insulted the person who is in the video. I consider that to be kind of rude. I'm trying to defend the guy in the video.

  • ok sooo i dont know english very much but what i uderstand is to do all that workout without rest untill you finish the circuit then rest? and start over? for 5 times?

  • @rmpsofly1 yes

  • thanks for posting great exercises!

  • parkour is a lot funner

  • @holymeme sos bboying

  • Excellent work Craig! Thanks for the relevant circuit training info!

  • This guy is an idiot, this is cardio. Do you hear him panting? Just because you arent jogging around in a circle doesnt mean you aren't doing a form of cardio.

  • yesss if u want to loose weight is not easy u have to stop eatng fastfood junkfood candy and quit sodas i know it sucks oh and cardio so good luck withthat my friend ill eat the juicy burgers for you :)

  • *krak krak krak*

  • Can you do this and no cardio at all, and lose fat?

  • @ThisIsJustinSo Losing fat is not an easy feat to accomplish. Simply doing exercises won't contribute to major changes in fat loss. Everything has to do with diet, as 80% of fat loss starts in the kitchen.

  • what was the one with the medicine ball?

  • This dude don't know what he's talkin about

  • you talk a lot. Stop talking and just show us.

  • dude u know how funny u look?

  • wow, did this for 2 weeks and saw great results, thanks

  • i was eating deep dish pizza while watching this XD

  • i like how he says "For TT members only" and here we are watching it. i love youtube man

  • How many do I need to do of each a day? No one Evers teells you,

  • @tman2260 you should try re-watching it with your ears not full of cum

  • @tman2260 he said about 10 to 15 reps repeat 3 times. put the volume up dipshit.

  • Can somebody tell me how many sets of these I need to do? An how many times a day/week I need to do them? Every vid on YouTube shows you wat to do but does not say how many, thanks in advance

  • You shoud do the squats on full surface of the foot.

    But nice clip anyway !

    Greatz,

  • great tips! its also good to workout before you eat breakfast because when you don't eat, your body will directly start to burn its fat, instead of burning its energy you get from food first,

  • -Drink water all day (Piss should be crystal clear)

    -Build Muscle/Burn Fat

-Always warm-up and stretch before every workout

-Get your heart rate up and Do full body workouts

-Don't eat 3 hours before Bed

-Stay away from empty calories, and crappy Carbs (non whole grain foods = bad)

-Get as much Protein and Fiber as possible

Above all else have will power, it's all worth it in the end. Hope this helps and message me if you want some advice or encouragement.

    Good Luck =)

  • @MikeArens If I could give you 30 thumbs up I would. That's good shit and the basics that anybody needs.

  • @MikeArens kl dude you rock

  • @MikeArens You made me LOL with the first item, Piss should be crystal clear, and that is true haha

  • @MikeArens That's pretty much how it works! haha : )

  • @MikeArens thanks for advice

  • @MikeArens hey mate, was just checkin out this video and spotted your comment. i agree with all you points except for drinking water untill your urine is clear. this can be dangerous as it depletes your sodium stores which can lead to seizures. its best to just maintain a light yellowish urine colour.... well thats what i was taught anyway. cheers

  • @MikeArens im trying to lose a few inches off my waistline... whats the best way to go about doing this.??

  • luks like a good workout

  • need to run on the treadmill before trying one of these, one common mistake all these websites do are they dont explain who should attempt these workouts, they are definitely not for fat people its more like for who want to go ripped, i used to very fat and i cudnt manage 3 pushups now 30 isnt a problem, gotta do a lot of running!

  • yo, does this actuually work? I'm a teen guy and wanna lose my belly fat and love handles fast. Can this make me lose fat very fast? What else can i do to do this?

  • This would work with a calorie restricted diet. I myself run 4-5 10 miles sessions a week in running. Thats 1400 calories burnt in one session of an 1h, 30 m running x 5 = about 7000 calories burnt in a week. This is all that seems to work in terms of weight loss- pure determination (at least for me). Can't say it's easy though.

  • @Manggg16 Run. Seriously..

  • im super fat and im trying to loose weight '

abd i dont think i can do half the stuff on this vid

mabey ill start from large size to small

    then work from there

  • has anybody seen any results any weight lost any fat burn ?

  • I hate hearing the term "prisoner" but I like the workout

  • @sibkiss2009: Prisoner.

  • where did the naked woman in the back go from the other clip? :P

  • spider man pushups are so hard but you can really feel the burn. This guy must abs like iron!

  • does this help reduce belly fat too?

  • when you lose weight, you reduce belly fat.

  • I think i'd rather do tai chi

  • Excellent. This is exactly what I've been looking for. Thanks for posting.

  • that spider man thing is very hard

  • LOVE IT!! Thanks...a real motivational video..different and really ...grrr :) let's see some more!

  • what if you dont have white trainers?

  • suicide. Or buy some white paint for your current trainers.

  • prisoner?

  • what i you have a red ball?

  • is it possible to loose belly fat without doing any cardio??

  • diet

  • yeap, real easy

  • what if you dont have a big grey ball??

  • Put a towel on the floor and slide your feet back.

  • Thanks for the video, I tried these and I dont feel I need to go gym anymore, its a great sweatout.

  • @Avijew keep going to the gym

  • The mountain climber and squats are great. but the spiderman is not happening haha am sweatin like hell and my legs are killing me. cheers man!

  • Oh...here in brazil we train sooo much different than that!

  • any idea roughly how long it wud take to burn belly fat n get noticable abdomonal muscles?

  • it depends how long it took to gain the weight and the severity of the weight. It could take up to a year or more.

  • depends on how much you weigh now so how much fat you have to burn off. In order to se abs you cant have any layer of fat so it can take a long time.

ide just say do cardio and jog to lose the fat then start doing ab workouts, make sure you get the right nutrition...

  • if you want noticeable a 2 pack do 100 situps a day for a month and youll see the difference. thats without cardio. with cardio it will look really good. the belly fat is just fat like anything else, do cardio and it will all burn off in 2 months depending on how bad it is.

  • with this set of exercises up there? never. Not that you wouldnt burn any... but it wouldnt be enough to show your abs in an awesome manner. for that, you can't help but add stuff like sprinting and manic squat repetitions. Sprinting a lot, sprinting up stairs a lot and doing all the moves in this video PLUS a selected TYPE and NATURE of food however could get you there (abs of glory/hollywoodripe abs) in under 4 months. But that regiment is a near death experience. for some... :-)

  • tank u.really helped

  • clear ur throat mr. winstol lol

  • dude hes in shape and that winded him

  • I noticed that too - he can barely talk at the end of his "easy" six reps "just to show us the exercises." I get the feeling doing 15 would jus about do him in. I don't think his circuit is for the average person trying to lose fat. This is ironman stuff and he needs to be in better shape! LOL.

  • this shit is impossible for me :P ill do it next year .. i hope :P

  • Nice, thanks mr. ballantyne, this is really good, gives good results.

  • love it

  • Great @ home workouts Craig

    Matt Bradbury

  • hes canadian....

  • Update us when you are 40 we'll see how you look with that regimen.

  • whoosh!

Update me when you've researched the definition of Sarcasm.

    Take care now. Buh Bye.

  • You can't tell that it was written in jest? The problem with a lot of people is that they can't think or read outside of the box.

  • tnsandland

lol I didn't think today I'd receive a reply from some child all emotional over some stupid harmless joke I said 5 months ago. don't take the internets so seriously k

  • Being "out of breath" is not, contrary to what silly, misinformed, uninitiated, individuals say is not "always" indicative of fitness level. Craig Ballantyne is in excellent condition - he ought to be, he writes for reputable magazines like MensHealth and Oxygen. Do this routine, while talking, video tape it, and then get on and tell Craig how out of shape he is.

  • I think these excersises are great!! Can't wait to get his ebook. Out of breath or not, he is obviously fit and he had to squeeze all of his routine including proper form in 3:16! Excellent work Craig!!

  • It's called talking fast while showing actual physical movements that require your body to lift itself...

  • Is a nice circuit, what kind of exercises do you suggest for the back?

I'm very curious about that, let me know.

  • back extension

  • Great exercises especially if you don't have equipment or time to go to the gym.

  • Very efficient exercises, great cardio job, thank you so from Brasil!!

  • sweep9, great idea. Yes, we have plans for many, many more vids. Coming your way soon.

  • Great circuit! Do you have any plans for more vids? Love em all. I think it may be especially helpful to demonstrate the proper forms for power movements (clean/jerk, deadlift, etc) because they're so hard to get right and the weights involved. thanks!

  • Thank you, I appreciate the variety of pushups.

  • Thanks for your feedback!

  • Thanks for the video Craig. I've lost around 5 pounds (not sure of the body fat %) in the last two weeks using these exercises everyday, and doing 3 mile runs somedays and (2) 1 mile sprints on other days, with some pushups mixed in throughout the day, everyday.

These exercises kill my thighs, so I guess that means it is working. hehe
