  • Please can you tell me, my car has 65,000 miles, the mainteance light goes on briefly when on turn it on in morning, then goes off.....

  • @gromshit101 does it just come on for a few seconds then go off or does it flash on and off when you start it if its flashing it was probably getting ready to stay solid and not go out the flashing if its doing that means its getting ready to need an oil change

  • @desron37 car isnt at operating temp yet... red is bad blue is good.

  • @desron37 Engine is cold... light well turn off after 1-5 min.. depending on outside temp

  • DUDE THANK YOU!!! I called the dealership and the guy was like oh you have to bring the car in...no you dont for those of us who are do it yourself kind of people, that maintenance our own cars but are missing this small detail that isnt in the manual this was very helpful.

  • For 2nd Gen XB's you need to be in Trip A instead of ODO. Other than that, spot on!

  • Just like I said... follow the directions in this video but be in trip A instead of ODO.

  • You see the 0000 a the end that is reseting the inner mile counter

    YOU STILL NEED TO CHANGE YOUR OIL

  • works on my 04 civic, although I don't get any display.... I've had three cars, one toyota, one chevy, and one honda, and the method to reset the MRL was always similar
