Yes we did see how Planet of the apes came to be, there were 2 movies that explain how the planet of the apes came into being. First was Escape From Planet of The Apes which is the the 3rd movie, Cornelius & Zira land in 1970s Los Angeles when they travel back in time then there was Conquest For The Planet of The Apes where Cornelius & Ziras child leads a revolt against the humans who by now are using apes as servants & slaves, worth checking out if you want the history of these movies

Why is this titled The Planet Of The Apes Trailer? It barely shows anything about that trailer. It's about lots of different things.
