Blender How to shoot a bullet out of a gun (GAME ENGINE)

ive got a question: i made an assault rife model and i wanted to make some kind of fps.. how i can let the camera go with the gun?

what about if your character is turning and moving the barrel? is it still gona shoot in the direction of the barrel?

@ct45211 Its the same with me but he said he made it to shoot on the X axis so that most likely the reason although there must be away of doing it

hey i got it to shoot pretty accurately when im just standing still, but when i start moving it starts shooting in ton of differant directions, any help?

it should be in layer 2... not next to the gun itself, but in the second layer, where the bullet should be...

sry i realize that may be confusing...

you just need to go to the SECOND LAYER to create bullet.

the same thing happened to me, but then i went to my 2nd layer created bullet, AND NOW I HAVE FIREBALLS SPEWING FROM MY CAR... ITS EPIC!!!!

try learning how to use rays as firing... cuz you can put bullet holes and blood in it

and the bullet dips down after a while... and that is not to good

i have a fucken problem man when ever i turn my character to the right or left the gun just keeps shooting toward the y axis how can i get my gun to shoot forward no matter where its facing ??

you need to make it different,

with in front of the gun a EMPTY, its harder but it works!

no it was a problem with the axis it shot and all put it shot towards the y axis global so if i where facing the x axis the bullet would shoot toward the y axis it was a problem with the axis it ok now though
