i got this phone a couple years ago and have dropped it multiple times. it is still in great shape!the phone being slim is convenient.the pictures and videos are shit and texting is very slow.the touch pad is a giant pain in the ass.if ur not planning on using the camera or video then its not a bad investment.

i have that phone its sweet becasue of the mp3 part...but it has a enternal battery...through out the year and a half that i had the phone i only dropped it three times! the third time i dropped it wich was like 3 days ago it fails to turn on lol i have to change the battery!! It is HORRIBLE. You don't have a qwerty keyboard OR a touch screen, so that means that you will be pressing number keys multiple times to get letters. It is extremely slow at texting. Also, the screen that is used for texting is about the size of my pinky, except not as long. Do not buy.

You can't. It says specifically in the manual that the battery cannot ever be removed. There aren't even any screws that you can remove to take this phone apart--it's a sealed piece of plastic. I have had problems with it, and it is VERY slow for internet, tv, and texting. Do not buy.

i have one i highly recommend this phone i know there are other ones now and they look cooler and shinier but dont fall for it like the Samsung u740 Dual-Hinge Phone the flippy thingy broke sooo fast and when i went back they could only exchange it (too many in repair) same with lg shine my mom had it a week ago (its all metal) it fell off of my 2 meter fence and bended right in half sooo pick a good phone not the one that looks good(triple flip,metal body,twist screen and more).

the phone looks beautiful and sleek, but it's the PITS to have to keep flipping back and forth. the tiny screen for dialing and texting is worthless, and the hideous pukey orange color for the battery status etc. is non-changeable. Anyone wanna buy an m620?

If there is anyone that wants to but this phone now is a great time to get it. they now have it in red and it is super hot the bad thing is that it is not a product red phone but it is at an unbelieveable price of 79.99 after a 50 dollar rebate. The bad part is that sprint runs out of the phone fast and it takes a while for the inventory to come back up. It would probaly take 1-2 weeks for it to be shipped to you but when you get it it is the most amazing phone that you would ever have.

The SD chip that comes with the phone is a 64 mb chip which holds approximately 12 songs, give or take. If you plan on using the mp3 capatibilities of the phone, which you obviously should, you ought to upgrade to a 1 gb or 2 gb micro sd chip.
