We gave him both weapons to combat russian air power in the 1980's soviet invasion and liaison officers to train his mujahideen fighters in guerilla combat. You see those weapons were sold over 30 years ago, it caused a bitter conflict in afghanistan but inevitably drove the russians out. That had no relation to the 9/11 attacks. The american government did not instigate those attacks and the idea is based purely upon coincidental speculation with 0 real evidence.

But i don't believe that any of those viruses have been released into the public (tested on people quite possibly (perhaps some truth to the criminals stories)).
But HIV? I mean think about it. HIV is no good as a bio weapon, it has a complex and lengthy incubation and kill period, is actually difficult to transfer and unstable once out of the body.
